Speakers was broken. Waited five minutes before someone came out to tell me. My ham and Swiss had no Swiss cheese and my chicken wrap had ranch on it when I asked for no sauce.

Went through the drive thru line, waited at the speaker, waited at the window, kid gave us the wrong drink, had to hand that back, asked for sauce at the speaker, had to walk in to get the sauce because it wasn’t in the bag. I get ready to eat my my fries are cold and pale, like they were fried for to little time, I bite into my mushroom and Swiss and it’s pink and still cold. This is the worst Hardee’s experience I’ve ever had.

Mad props to the morning cook he's amazing and he makes sure every meal is ready pretty quickly. The cashiers are friendly for the most part aside from one employee. My food is always hot and fresh and I really enjoy the chicken tenders and honey mustard sauce. My only complaint is that one employee seems to always have an attitude and most of the Employees don't want to work with her.
Not a review but a menu suggestion that would work for breakfast lunch or dinner. I think Hardee's needs to have a chicken tender biscuit for breakfast and a chicken tender sandwich for lunch and dinner

When you go through the drive thru and realize they forgot to put your medium fry in the bag so you go through again to get the fry and you get a small fry instead....way to save your company money by ripping off your customers..... pathetic other than this no complaints here!!!

First time coming here since living in Asheboro 2017 and I don’t think I will be coming back. Manager was just rude working the drive thru. Just a straight up attitude with the customer ( me) and the burger tastes funny as hell. The way you treat your customers and the atmosphere you create is how you get business.

$10 for 3 tenders that are the size of my finger!!!! No way this should be allowed ?? Never again will I bring my $$$$ to this business!

Hardees used to be a really good place to eat. Here lately, their hot ham and cheese is cold as ice. When you get home you're expecting to have the hot ham and cheese in reality all you have is a ham and cheese sandwich and you know they cost almost $7 so you best know it better be right we've just gotten so fed up with them that we don't go unless we absolutely have to and that's sad. I think management needs to take a good hard look at the people that is working for them because obviously they need some additional training on how to make sure you are giving the customer good quality food and I think that if they took more pride in their job Hardee's could be back on top again.
