Food is always 👌 Service fantastic. The manager always pleasant. Atmosphere has never been less than great. I don't recall anyone ever absurdly complaining (only a few occasions when mistakes do happen), service being poor or unfriendly, nor food being questionable. Take-out and delivery many times over the years. 😀

Order through Uber Eats to eat from this place. We got our trays, however, mine was fine, just as ordered. However, my girlfriend ordered habatchi chicken with hibatchi fried rice and vegetables. When we got the food, it was full of vegetables and maybe a few pieces of chicken and NO RICE! How do you forget the rice. We even paid extra for it. I tried calling and it kept ringing and I tried this maybe 5-10 minutes but no answer. Very unprofessional. Was a horrible first experience too.

Due to food allergies (shellfish) i've been unable to eat just about everywhere. my husband took me here, and I learned that they cook the shellfish in the back. It's made to order. So for the first time in 14 and a 1/2 years, i was finally able to eat chinese food. They did not disappoint. The Boba was amazing, the food was absolutely delicious, and they are not stingy with their food portions. We'll be going back today, because I need to catch up on the past almost fifteen years of no chinese food haha.

Just went for the $5 plate at 8pm, the sign just said $5 but it didn’t specify what all you can get. So I decided to order three meats and one side, The girl had started serving up my container, When this lady next to her, took the plate out of her hand and started putting some of my food back into the pan. Very uncomfortable and unclear on what you get with that plate.

First time for everything these small town rural areas don’t know what they’re missing I’m not from here but what I can tell you is JADE has a steady flow of traffic me being from the greater north east I’d say the food was less than mediocre and they also use MSG which is frowned upon where I’m from the fountain drinks where flat

If I could give less stars I definitely would. My wife stood in line for 35 minutes trying to get us something to eat to be told that they ran out bc ppl were getting 7 plates at a time
Usually love eating here the food is good. Poor choice for employees though. Went there with my daughter and the girl working was a total snob when she asked what we wanted to order. Her attitude just got worse and I don’t appreciate my food being slammed down for no reason. We will still eat there but I will not stop if that girl is working, she had facial piercings and tattoos.

We really like Jade and the Food is good HOWEVER when and employee is working in a food restaurant and customers can see them picking their nose and trying to hide it and then when they notice you looking and cop a major attitude and then is very rude to the customer then that is a major issue. Aly is what she said her name was!
