The staff was not friendly and did not even seem happy to be there or want to be there. They made me feel rushed to just place my order and go. My order was not correct and the person who took my order did not understand what I was trying to order. The staff was loudly talking down about other staff members who had done something against the rules and been caught on camera and if everyone had seen the camera footage.
Parking: It wasn’t to difficult to find parking but you are not always going to find it right by the entrance.

I usually order online and then go and pick up and they bring it out to the car. Who could ask for more? The food is always good. Sometimes they misspell the names, but that's always a funny joke that we have when we're eating our dinner. The inside when I have gone in to get food inside I've never stayed to eat. I've usually just done order online and pick up. But everybody's always friendly. And that's the big part of why we like to use Jimmy John's. They're friendly and professional and so very courteous. Unfortunately we eat our food so fast that I don't have pictures somehow ever! LOL
Vegetarian options: It's nice because you can make or adjust your vegetarian sandwiches. My granddaughter always gets the veggie sandwiches and is never disappointed.
Parking: Depending on the time of day that you go, usually there's not a parking spot right in front of Jimmy John's, so just be prepared.

5/11/2024 ordered a #2 just meat and cheese. I got two pieces of meat. The manager says they weight each portion. Who cares when the portion size is TINYNo other sub company cheats their customers out of meat. For that price I feel robbed. Thee manageade no effort to make things right either. Not a fan of the the take it or leae it attitude.Never again. Subway here I come.

The Asheboro, NC Jimmy's John's has great food but they also have the most outstanding staff. These employees smile, greet you, and show appreciation for each customer. I'll return this location because of the amazing staff.
The subs were completely hollowed out to the crust and the quantity of meat appears to be reduced. Will not go back.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the last few times I've ordered from Jimmy John's using the app, I have not received everything I've ordered or they made the sandwiches wrong. I don't know what has changed recently but if being "freaky fast" costs me more money I think you might need to slow down a little and get the order right. Quality over quantity, all day! JS
