Way to go Jimmy John's! Excellent, excellent customer service! I am just outside the Jimmy John's delivery area. However, when I called in and explained to them that I had the flu and couldn't go anywhere and thought that I really needed to try to eat some food they delivered to me! I could not have asked for nicer people or better service!

Very nice, great food great staff, very clean and smells GREAT, but most of all… super fast, and I mean I ordered, paid and before I could even get my drink poured they had my sub waiting for me, I’d say I spent literally a minute or two in the shop overall. It took me longer to figure out what I wanted lol. And always fresh food!!

The staff was not friendly and did not even seem happy to be there or want to be there. They made me feel rushed to just place my order and go. My order was not correct and the person who took my order did not understand what I was trying to order. The staff was loudly talking down about other staff members who had done something against the rules and been caught on camera and if everyone had seen the camera footage.
Parking: It wasn’t to difficult to find parking but you are not always going to find it right by the entrance.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of veggie options as well as lettuce wraps as opposed to bread!
I usually order online and then go and pick up and they bring it out to the car. Who could ask for more? The food is always good. Sometimes they misspell the names, but that's always a funny joke that we have when we're eating our dinner. The inside when I have gone in to get food inside I've never stayed to eat. I've usually just done order online and pick up. But everybody's always friendly. And that's the big part of why we like to use Jimmy John's. They're friendly and professional and so very courteous. Unfortunately we eat our food so fast that I don't have pictures somehow ever! LOL
Vegetarian options: It's nice because you can make or adjust your vegetarian sandwiches. My granddaughter always gets the veggie sandwiches and is never disappointed.
Parking: Depending on the time of day that you go, usually there's not a parking spot right in front of Jimmy John's, so just be prepared.
