I hate leaving bad reviews but the last few times I've ordered from Jimmy John's using the app, I have not received everything I've ordered or they made the sandwiches wrong. I don't know what has changed recently but if being "freaky fast" costs me more money I think you might need to slow down a little and get the order right. Quality over quantity, all day! JS

When they say freaky fast they mean it! A very welcoming staff the moment I opened the door. Beneficial in helping me find the right sandwich for the right price, I got a little insight from the young man at the register on how to get exactly what I wanted for the least expensive option, for that I thank him greatly. My sandwich, and sides were ready the moment I was done paying, so I’m glad I tipped! Food was great. And the other young man at the end of the counter was so nice in bagging my order for me when I asked if I could just have a bag, and wished me a great day. Overall, the kindness of this place blew me away, the food is a perk!

Not really sure how to rate. Not able to try their food because apparently 5 miles out is out of their delivery range. Asked if I could pay more or tip extra for the hassle as I run a business and have no way to go out and get my lunch. Manager says “no we can’t do that” which really sucks. Guess that’s chain restaurants for you. No customer care. Will not be ordering from here period.
Gave a tip. Didn't even put my sandwich in a bag. Just placed it on the counter. No napkins or even a bag

Rude staff. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Visited on 7/14 around 11:30am and the young lady handing out the food at the end was super rude. Bought 5 subs, asked for napkins and was given 2. Went back and asked for more, not only did I get one additional napkin I also got an eye roll. She handed my 5 sandwiches (Togo) without a bag too. Stingy and rude.

The service was great. I like mayonnaise and it was plenty. The husband, not so much. Make sure you're specific. Appreciated being greeted and staying forward facing white making our sandwich. Good amount of ingredients in sandwich, just like the Jimmy John service we enjoy.
