The only thing Japanese about this restaurant is the name. Everything comes out as a cheap knock off of Chinese food you would get in a mall. Staff was very friendly, but the food was not worth it.

First time ordering from here. Food tasted good. I got the shrimp & scallop, my husband got steak & scallop. There was only 2 scallops, so I called and they told me that’s right cause if they gave 3 they wouldn’t make money only lose, which I do understand. Was just surprised. Next time I know to get extras. Otherwise everyone was friendly! & the shrimp, steak, rice, & zucchini portions were great

Picked up Hibachi steak and shrimp meal no carrots got a Hibachi chicken plate no carrots in it either I was told I'll give them to you next time you're here no thanks you ruined my evening for the last time
Food is good but they never put my egg rolls in my order and when I call about it they say they didn't hear me and didn't add it to the order but I get charged everytime

It's alright. Kinda expensive imo. Also can't sub a veg for a different veg on the menu with out a upcharge for the side order? So pretty much no subs Edit: this is my third time coming here and the other two were great but what the actual freak they skimped me on my shrimp and steak this time :/ kinda get the vibe it's because I asked the server what's up with the upcharge. I'll probably keep coming by but man mad disappointing after working a 12 hour shift and getting shafted like this

I've been eating their delicious hibachi chicken with zucchini, carrots, and onions for several years and it is as good yesterday as it was the first time. So, if you want to get your money's worth for fast food Sakuras is the place. The consistency of quality every single time is what keeps me coming back. In fact I ordered yesterday and I'll order again today. I could eat these healthy meals every day. A good blend of taste, textures, protein, and good healthy vegetables. Good people. Really good and honest people. I have a high level of respect for the manager and her family. Don't even know her name as many times as I've been there. Honest hard working people with an amazing work ethic. Thank you for serving good meals every single time I have ordered. Always exactly what I ordered every single time.
