Food is still pretty good for local hibatchi. However lately the service has been really bad. I ordered over the phone, he repeated it back to me. When we got there 10min later they had no record of our order and were to busy watching the basketball ball game to care about taking it again. When we finally got our food and got home it was wrong on one but to much of a hassel to go back.

Twice now our order has been wrong. After the first time I waited a long time before ordering again. We always order by phone and this time was exceptionally hard and had to repeat the order several times. When we went for pick up, we repeated the order once again. The order was wrong as well as the website prices were cheaper than when we picked up the food which was also cold(5 minute drive home). Will not be going there again.

My chicken was yummy and tender. Broccoli was steamed perfectly. Everyone was very nice. A good price too!

Vegetarian options: Any vegetables can be cooked and with rice and sweet carrots would make a good meal.

We have eaten here several times years ago and it was always good. Fast forward to today and we walk in to exceptionally rude service from the girl taking the orders. When asked if the chichen was breath meat meat she kept saying that it was chicken. Just chicken. I explained to her the different pieces of white and dark meat but it didn't seem to resonate. I also asked her if the rice had egg in it and she seems baffled by it. I left that one alone. When she brought the food out our order was wrong and I asked if they had ginger sauce and she said yes but just walked back to the counter and took an order. I waiting in line to ask about that ginger sauce and she (very rudely) said it's an extra charge. She acted as if I couldn't afford the extra charge for it. I told her not to worry about and walked off. I get that good help is hard to find these days but that is ridiculous. They did fix the order but I will not deal with that level of ignorance and rudeness. Besides, the foodwas just mediocre and the plates had grease all over them. Go somewhere else folks.
