The food is always great! The customer service could use some work. I was inside and waiting to pick up my call in order and they guy at the register forcefully threw the change in the customers hand in front of me and it actually offended that customer so much that he spoke up to say something but cashier ignored him. When I got to the counter the cashier acted like he really didn't want to help or serve anyone food

We won’t order from here for long periods of time, then the mood will strike and we’ll get takeout. Immediately I’m reminded why we go so long without eating here. The food looks so unappetizing, with lots of inconsistencies in texture. Some pieces are overcooked and rubbery. Then there is rude, apathetic service. Just an overall underwhelming, disappointing experience.

I like the food from this place so much, they just give too small portions, dinner is small for the price, but the dish is very small ,but the taste is good. I love their white sause as well.

They charge .50 for water. They probably will charge you for extra napkins. Worst place to get Japanese and they are mask nazis. Some cashier shouldn't harass people about what they choose to wear or not. I switched to ring of fire grill in Randleman and they are much better quality.

I got the steak and shrimp hibachi combo. The food was tasty and usually is at this restaurant. My only complaint is the portion size is too small for the price of the dish. The trend is charge more for less and that is the case here. Other than that it's a good place to go to.

Your food was horrible, I haven't been in a while and it will be a long time before I come back, if ever.. the broccoli wasn't cooked, the carrots were mushy and not sweet hardly, and the rice was mushy... and all of it was cold! I called it in 6 minutes before I got there...

We had a horrible experience with the staff. Super rude and telling us they close in 5 minutes when we had 20 minutes until closing to eat. I understand the frustration when you have customers that stay 30 minutes after closing just to sit around and talk. However, we were there to eat and leave. Definitely won’t be coming back. I’ve never in my lifetime been told I could not eat in a restaurant 20 minutes before closing. Ridiculous.
