Overall experience was terrible. Order was wrong and all the food was cold and tastes like it was sitting out all day. Which I find strange since no one else was in line or at the restaurant. Very poor representation of the Wendy’s chain.

I am not new to this Wendy's. Been eating here on my lunch break for over 10 years. Back when David was the manger it was ran well. I quit going here about a year ago due to always getting cold food. So, I tried it again today. Still Cold hamburger, cold fries. Bun looked and tasted like just come out of the bag. Not warm at all. Cheese not even melted. This is now the worst Wendy's I have ever eaten at. I will never go back. Need to be shut down. The least you could do if going to charge those high prices is to give hot food.

Went through drive-thru had to repeat order 4 times and they still got it wrong. My mother in law went inside and they was rude to her accusing her of trying to get something for free when they messed up. Never coming back .. wouldn't even give a 1 ⭐️

Would not recommend this Wendy’s for nothing placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up, had to wait forever and there wasn’t even no one there once I got my mobile order back home the chicken was so hard on our chicken sandwiches We could not even eat it. It looked like it was old and stale.

I ended up not ordering and leaving. When I walked in there was a customer complaining but I thought she may have been over reacting and soon realizedshe was not over reacting. There was 6 people that I could see standing around. I left when I witness two employees handed off the drive-thru customer's bag of food off to another and say you take this to the drive-thru and she handed to someone else and then that person turned and called to someone in the back and say can you hand this out to the drive-thru.

Don’t recommend going to this Wendy’s at all. Poor quality, poor service. They had no sauce and tried to charge me for sauce with my orders.
Went to the one at the mall today to get lunch! Placed my order in drive thru Small Chili, Chocolate Frosty, Cheese burger and the 4 pc BUFFALO Nuggets with Ranch. Pulled to the window grabbed it and pulled up a little to check my order because it always is at this location!!!! Go figure, they gave me plain wings. When i took my order inside and said they was not buffalo she said i though you said spicy...no where near the same sound!!!!!!!! she was going to charge me 1.00 more so i turned around and walked out, go to work to eat my order and they are plain chicken nugget's not even spicy and no dipping sauce (ranch). Also go extra pickles on my burger no extra pickles!!! no spoon for my boss ladies frosty or straw. i've been trying to call the store since i left to talk with a manager but no one will answer the phone!

as a truck driver I use to eat here sometimes but the fact I stood in there for 10 mins wasting my lunch break while guy at register never even acknowledged me to say “I’ll be right with you sir” did not sit well with me today! Only employee who spoke was one who said excuse me as he was coming in for his shift! I’ll starve to death before I step foot in there

The food was okay the service was a little iffy I did ask for sour cream and butter I did not receive I asked for extra mayonnaise on one burger I did not receive I will eat there again but I will ask for my condiments two or three times
