My mom and I order here relatively often, but 2 of the last 3 times we've ordered they've been getting her order wrong and giving her regular hot wings instead of cajun. I don't even understand how that can be an issue since one is wet and one is a rub. They need to pay more attention.

So my boyfriend and I visit this location frequently and we are usually pretty satisfied but this most recent was disappointing minus the sweet lady that took our order. She was the best part of the entire visit so thank you Dominique! In the process of making orders, a gentleman not working was in the food area not wearing a hair net or any type of head covering. One employee was not wearing gloves as he was preparing food. The chicken on the sandwich was very much over seasoned as well the fries also being over seasoned. I completely understand that closing time is at midnight but please don't rush a customer's order because you just want to get us out of the way. Please do better next time.

The garlic Parmesan suck… at least Buffalo Wild Wings as some taste of garlic and heat… yours have absolutely no flavor!!! Fries are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.

wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.
Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

My fiance and I went there for the 1st time on Saturday and the service was great only to end up with food poisoning. We have been so sick the past couple days from the food. Was a waste of 40 dollars. Definitely do not recommend.

Tonight was my first time going their. The employees are rude. I ordered the 30 piece boneless with voodoo fries and 10 more boneless on the side I waited over 30 minutes for the whole order to be wrong. And then the employees behind the counter were laughing That the order was wrong. But I will say the manager tonight was very nice about it and fixed it for me but I do not appreciate thoes employees just laughing about my order being wrong and on top of that when they fixed it the second time they tossed my food on the counter and it almost slid off.

It was awesome! Got the chicken sandwich combo with Louisiana rub was very good, fríes were good as well, not too costly but really filled me up. Also great service.
