She perfectly captured classic New Orleans cuisine while adding her own unique twist. The food was outstanding and received endless compliments from our guests.
Our tasting at her home was such a fun and personal experience, and it really spoke to how warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate she is about what she does. I had never tried her food before booking her, but after our initial phone conversation, I knew immediately she was the right fit. She was personable, easy to work with, and made the entire process stress-free.

I cannot tell you sincerely enough how many compliments were given about this food. Oh my goodness gracious the tenderness of that beef tenderloin! We ABSOLUTELY will be repeat customers, and plan to use this company at a minimum, every year for this event if not for more events.
