Folks, if I could give Amanda's Catering more stars on this site, I would! From start to finish, it was an excellent experience working with these kind and helpful people. When it came to my event, I didn't have to lift a finger. The staff rolled in right on time and, before I knew it, there was a beautiful display of fantastic food. Amanda's son and helpers were totally attentive to the guests, they kept the buffet stocked and neat, and the food was beyond my expectations! I am thankful that I chose these special and talented professionals and would most highly recommend Amanda's Catering to anyone looking for a great catering outfit.

I cannot say enough about Amanda's Catering! We hired them for a Corporate Length of Service event that was hosted at Highland Brewing. They were so easy to work with (and with very little notice)! The food was amazing and the menu to choose from was so robust, something for everyone! They arrived on time, they had everything set up and ready to go on time. They were very communicative leading up to our event and during our event and the staff was super friendly! We will definitely be using them again for future events!

The service Amanda provided was exceptional, and the food was excellent. My fiancé and I chose Amanda'sCatering for our engagement party on July 25, 2023. We considered two other caterers in the Banner Elk area but after the tasting experience Amanda's was by far the winner! Our only concern was how her staff was going to keep the food warm but not dry it out after the 1.5 hour drive from Asheville to Linville, NC. The food was perfect and her staff was very gracious and professional! They brought a fryer and cooked delightful green tomato wedges topped with the best pimiento cheese we’ve ever eaten! Caprese sticks were a nice touch before the meal. The beef tenderloin was amazing and still pink to warm red in the center. The stuffed chicken was delicious topped with a nice Chardonnay sauce and some of our guests who had never eaten shrimp and grits said they really enjoyed it! The green beans and mixed veggies were colorful and crisp! We received rave reviews from our guests with some saying it was the best catered food they had ever experienced. It feels great to see our guests and have them remind us of what a great time it was, food and all!Amanda knows her business well and presents her wonderful food beautifully! We highly recommend her for your special occasions!

So many people raved about the charcuterie set up in the beginning and that there wasn’t a bad food option in the bunch. Nik even made sure to bring the apps over to myself and the groom while we took family photos.If you are looking for great wedding food, hard workers, and an awesome display, Amanda is your gal!!
