Apollo Flame Bistro - Hendersonville Rd

Not good at all had extra meat sauce added and barely got any sauce. $29 over rated. I think it's a shame to give a person noodles with no sauce for that amount

This place has a good mixture of Italian and Greek food. No saganaki, but wonderful salads. The gyro and pizza was delicious. I love the price concept: almost every entree is $17.99--so choose what you really want and don't worry about the price. The place has a small patio and inside there is a mesmerizing waterfall feature along one of the walls. And then the masterpiece of the day: desert. Large and Incredible! This was a wonderful place to stop at as we were traveling!

Greeted by Jose and Daniel; they were very kind and welcoming. Our server, Robin, was very prompt, friendly and fast moving. Enjoyable food experience. Nice start for our trip to Asheville and The Cove.

Apollo Flame Bistro offers delicious food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere—definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves hearty Greek and Mediterranean flavors!

Rude waitress. Misinformed or waitress does not know anything about the food that is served there. I was so sick for the next 12 hours.

Terrible experience. Called ahead and asked if we could bring our two small dogs and sit in the Patio, the person said it was fine. We arrived and were refused service. Absolutely appalling behavior. Could have just said no pets on the phone. So why say otherwise on the phone? Are we not white enough for this establishment?

Greeted promptly upon arrival and advised to sit anywhere I like. Server came over quickly. I ordered the Gyro platter awhich arrived quickly. The gyro meat was the pre-sliced style rather than the much nicer cone which is roasted and shaved to order. The salad portion was quite generous and the house dressing was delicious. The sound system was playing Mexican music which was pleasant enough but not fitting for the venue.
The place seemed to have quite a few regulars which speaks well of it. As an out of towner, i can't speak to the rest of the menu.

A friend and I met for lunch at Apollo. The Bistro was busy, but seating was readily available. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the server was friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs. It was definitely a pleasant lunch, and I will not hesitate to return.

Ordered a small medium and large pizza and when I attempted to go pick up my food miss Blonde curly hair had the nastiest attitude when I attempted to call I was greeted with a nasty attitude as well definitely my last time coming there I didn’t deserve that especially when my order was wrong

This restaurant has excellent food, friendly wait staff and a very good value for the money, as the portions were on the very ample side. Would certainly go again the next time we're in Asheville.

My wife & I have been coming to Apollo Flame for many years & always enjoyed the food. We realize most businesses have struggled since the recent storm and wanted to patronize a local business. I ordered their signature chicken sandwich and my wife got the eggplant parm. Both were very disappointing. The sandwich is usually smothered in lettuce & Greek dressing, this time the chicken was not marinated, dry with little else in it. The eggplant dish had almost no eggplant and was previously frozen. I'm guessing most cooking is done at the Brevard Rd. location where we will try next time. We will avoid the Hendersonville Rd. location.
