Applebee's Grill + Bar

First off I did A curbside order. Said my order would be done at 7:24 and I always usually give them a few extra minutes. You know cause you never know if they’re busy well They weren’t that busy sat in my car for 20 minutes and the girl that was doing the curbside orders. I watched her walk past multiple times looking out the window at me if you’re not gonna do the delivering to the cars maybe you shouldn’t do curbside as an option. not to mention, my food wasn’t even the warmest tried to call the phone to make a complaint, but I guess phones were busy

After waiting about 30 mins longer at the adjacent Cracker Barrel than was indicated to our party of 6, we decided to go to Applebees. I have not been in one in several years, but I was pleasantly surprised and we ALL enjoyed our meals and Chip was a great server. I was impressed and will definitely return to THIS location when back in West Asheville.

My girlfriend and I were there 12/10/25, stopped by to grab something to eat before I went to have an MRI. I always like the trio appetizers, but last night was not as good. I love the Wanton Tacos, but they were a couple of them that were cold. I didn't have time to send them back. Applebee's I know you're better than this.

Brad is one of the best servers I’ve ever had! What a dude! The food is what you expect from Applebees but I hope Brad gets some appreciation.

waited almost 10 minutes at lunchtime at a bar table while multiple servers and a manager all walking around and nobody even took my order so I left

Food was cold and waiter gave attitude and bathroom was dirty and had poop in the toilet and had to wait a long time for food to come out

Food was ok. Service was a 0. the servers were very disrespectful and we told the manager he did nothing. Restaurant is dirty and filthy and bathrooms are nasty. & the wait was 2 hours and nobody was there .

Pick up is terrible really just one person that works behind the bar is terrible. She is deff very self important working behind that bar. Good for you at least you have a job and go to work. Many don't. You should really learn in your free time some etiquette. Losing a few lbs shouldn't come w an attitude. Food was delivery, can't comment on that part.

Went for supper tonight and wished I had never went,started off good but the it went all to crap, ordered food and then we waited and waited some more probably 20 mins,food finally brought out by someone other than our waitress who was (Amber H).Watress came by finally and ask if everything was ok and we said yes except we have no silverware, she said let me go get some. I had ordered to Bourbon street steak cooked medium, after at least 10 minutes of waiting for silverware , I could pick up what was supposed to be a sizzling platter she came by and I said can we please have some silverware,again we waited and she finally came back and I said thanks but our food is cold and her reply was not I am sorry let me get the manager to help it was do you want steak sauce and walked off. Steak was tough as nails and my wife’s fish and chip was cold and not done. She brought check and took my card and scanned it and began to chose a 20% tip , I guess thinking I would not look. Sorry food and service was with a tip of $0.00. My last time eating there.

Amanda was our server. She was great food was hot, and checked in on us. Very pleasurable experience and didn’t feel rushed.
