I went in today to get take out. Got home and as I was eating my curly fries I found the longest piece of hair in my fries. I was offered another meal which I trashed. I rather not even try again. I will never return, this is the nastiest experience to have.

Typically always good food, and good service. I love the jomocha milkshakes, and curly fries
The staff was very friendly and helpful this last time, I went. I have had not so great experiences there in the past but this last time the girl running the register inside was super nice and helpful.

You have the nerve to charge 25cents for sauce when a regular drink and 1 order of chicken fingers is almost $12. They're BURNT and HALF the size they used to be. No more Arbys!

I absolutely hate their sauce for their burgers. I won’t eat it. I just went there and told them NO SAUCE! They put the sauce on there so we brought it back it says they close at 10:30 pm we got there at 10:05 pm. They refused to make a new one because “everything was already broken down” even though we wouldn’t have had to come back if they had done it right the first time. SHE SAID TO BRING THE BURGER BACK TOMORROW!!! Like what sense does that make??? That’s nasty. Do not recommend!! Service sucks and that lady should be fired!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Walked in soon after opening. Tables were disgustingly dirty. Our roast beef sandwiches tasted like they sat out overnight. Dry and cold. Disgusting. This is the WORST Arby’s I have ever been to. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

This is the closest Arby's to me. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but always disappointing. The young lady in the drive thru tonight literally said nothing to me. Not one word. I'm a restaurant manager. I literally said your welcome to myself while driving off.

Called before I came asked if thwy were open till 10 got here the manager said we drive through only. I told him I just called 4 mins ago and you clearly didnt day that. What a joke.

The lady who took my order was very polite because i had asked for fresh chicken and fresh mozzarella sticks she told them to make sure, the manager said everything was all fresh, ok i took their word, they gave me my order, all the mozzarella sticks was fresh, but all the chicken wraps was cold and old chicken the cheese wasnt even melted, one of the employees was very rude walked up said is something wrong i said yes I asked for everything fresh he did go to make sure everything was down to make sure I had everything fresh but the way he approached all his associates is this fresh is this fresh, was very rude and disrespectful with all employees laughing at me, the manager replies he's just doing his job, I said no, I worked for arbys for 4yrs and that was definitely not being serious about his job. He could have handled it in a professional manner. I didn't want his name because that is something that isn't important. They didn't have appropriate attire on, no aprons no hats no gloves, no hair nets, how they got a 100 on sanitation score is my question because definitely unacceptable. I may have worked there 9 years ago but that was something I would gotten fired for treating a customer that way with others in the lobby.

At this Arby's the curly fries were cold and the floor was sticky. Ugh ! (I really question whether I should eat at a restaurant where the-floor-is-sticky!)

Closing team sucks. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to even show up at the front and was then told I had to go through the drive thru to place my order. I told them I’d walked there and that felt silly and they fully said I need to go walk through the drive thru to place an order.

Drinks aren’t very best.. usually the fountain dispensed drinks are chilled they weren’t here at this location.. Sweet Tea was just so.. not to sweet but could have been a little sweeter. At least it wasn’t soured.. like some places..

Workers smoking weed behind the building. Took me 25 minutes to get here for my order and after being yelled at 16 times to come inside the workers finally came back in and told me my order wasn't ready. What a joke
