Only if they made food ready to go instead of waiting for the order I realize it's fresh when it's made to order but when you only have 30 minutes to eat and get back to work it's a pain
...the food is always good and the service is better than most fastfood places
Very clean spot, the lady who helped me at the front who was taking orders was polite. But the roast beef was cut wayyy to thick, like a quarter of an inch 😂, and there was a tiny bit of cheese on it. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the texture was just so off i had to. Was in a rush to get a quick bite and help close up at work, so i couldnt ask for another. Im all for playing loud music in the back as long as the food is prepped well. Might have just been an off night

Usually reliable but tonight was a miss. BBQ bacon burger had no bacon, and was given the wrong fries. There was no one in line so they weren’t in a rush or anything. Not the biggest deal but it was still wrong.

Service was quick enough, tho not very friendly so meh. Food was OK, but my mozzarella sticks were pretty cold and there was no cheese pull anymore. The roast beef is cut way to thick and it changes the texture of the whole sandwich. That was the main problem would've been 5 stars if the meat was good.

I ordered a number one and they give me the wrong food and said they did not know what to do about it very simple give me what I odered but they would not so I just give them the food and walked away very sorry service will never be back there again they just lost my business

The second time in a row this place got one over on me. My wife got a plain old beef and cheddar classic meal with a strawberry shake, her BnC was fine and her shake was rather good. I ordered the bourbon bbq brisket sandwich and not only did I have more bun then anything but it was hardly warm, my fries were decent but the potato cakes were good but they should be because that was the last thing to cook in our order.
I used to frequent Arby’s but after the last few visits, I won’t be back.

The manager who talked to us at the drive-thru was an awesome person. It felt like a mom and pop restaurant with a warm welcome and not a fast food place.

This evening (2-24-2024)I went to the Leicester Highway location to grab dinner for my mother, my son, and myself. 2 classic roast beef sandwiches, 2 chicken club wraps, 2 Large curly fries, 2 orders of Mac and cheese bites, 1 Large sweet tea. It was around $42.00. It was dangerously inedible. I feel like everything came out of the waste bucket. Chicken was petrified, the bites were burnt and also cold at the same time. Stale fries. We literally threw all the food away and I’m almost $50 poorer and we didn’t get to eat dinner. (Person in drive thru was nice and did everything they were responsible for well) With all the financial issues that I’ve had for months because of my father’s passing and a massive loss of work, I can now add this to the list of crappy things that I’ve had to endure this winter. I didn’t even call the location to complain. The only thing I would be offered is food from someone who clearly hates what they’re doing. I understand that good help is sometimes hard to find but there are a lot of us who care deeply about our work that are experiencing difficulties due to companies hiring unskilled labor for the sake of saving money. Advice: Pay well for people who are experts in their field and also care about what they do. Also, a refund would be great.

I was shocked that after ordering a fish sandwich, I was told that there is an up charge for extra tarter sauce?! I didn't get the tarter just on the principle, and I guess I won't be getting fish sandwiches from them any longer.
