I waited in line at drive thru a good 15 mins got my food ordered a fish no tarter no tomatoes and received both. They wasnāt that busy nothing turns my stomach more than tarter sauce Iām livid I just gave 38 dollars to go to another restaurant

Had to wait for atleast 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge i existed, while i seen employees coming and going. Then when i was acknowledged it was only becouse they where changing the register.

Great space but as I sit here 20 minutes later still don't have food in the restaurant. One worker doing drive thru and inside. Our food has been made and sitting there for the last 15 minutes. And I am standing at the counter now with no acknowledgement or even someone to get our food. Worst service ever. If we hadn't paid would of left

Worst service ever. No other cars in the drive-thru, yet they needed 5 minutes before I could order. When I got to the window, no greeting, not even acknowledgement. Sat for two minutes before they opened the window to give me drinks. 3 minutes later they remembered to take my payment. 13 more minutes to sit there before they gave me my order. No apologies, no acknowledgement - just "here you go". Cold fries. Never coming back.

I have had the best experience ever here. Excellent service and great friendly staff there. The best part was the whole restaurant was clean all around.
Long story short...After a 15 minute wait, I left the restaurant with my food and drove away. After discovering I was missing part of my order I had to turn around and go back. I asked for fresh sandwiches (5 for $5) because by this time it had been 20 mins since sandwiches were made. Ashley (Self identified as a manager) takes the sandwiches out of my bag and puts them back under the warmer TO BE SERVERED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! When I explained to her that she was not allowed to do that and it was a health safety violation, she said "why don't you just leave?" So next time you decide to risk it all and attempt to eat here, take a look in your bag, think to yourself "has this food left the restaurant, took a lap around the block, to only be thrown in a bag and served to me"!

I asked for the jalapeƱo wrap I seen online. The lady at the speaker said they didnāt have it. I then asked her if they had jalapeƱos I could add to a chicken wrap. She said āwe have jalapeƱo poppersā ā¦.. I said no, just jalapeƱos? She once AGAIN said āwe have jalapeƱo poppersā. I came to the conclusion she was stupid so I moved on. I ordered a milk shake and loaded curly fries. She asked me if I wanted whip cream on my milkshake and I told her YES. when I got my order my milkshake had no whip cream and my fries were regular with no cheese or anything. Iām running late to pick up my son now because I have to go inside to have them fix it and they get mad at ME and make me pay more money for them not knowing how to do their job. The chicken in my wrap was like a hockey puck. I will NOT return.
