Not usually one to complain, but waiting 30+ min is really not okay. I dont know the exact situation but either they dont care, or the owners dont care enough to staff the place. There was one truck in front of us. We waited atleast 20 min before we got to the window, then 10+ minutes to actually receive our food. I hope everyone's okay in there. The struggle is real nowadays for our customer service workers.

The staff was short handed and did the best they could and kept their spirits high. Its not their fault they were short handed. We had to waot longer than usual and we thought it was because they were cooking the food. It was due to short staffing. When we ate our food, it tasted like it had been sitting for hours and was old and stale. We called the store and explained what happened and they made it right.

So far it's been the best Arby's I've ate at. The food is always fresh. The only issue is wait in drive thru But it's worth the wait when the food is fresh! Hope they keep on doing their best!
