We visited this place with some friends today and enjoyed hot chocolate and a cookies and cream brittle. The food was wonderful and next time I’ll have the sipping chocolate. Our visit was enhanced by Morgan, who had great energy and gave us some tourism tips! We can’t wait to come again.

We only went for gelato and the case is right when you walk in the door, so I did not look at any chocolates or coffee options. The gelato case had 12 options in it, but no cookies and cream gelato. My friend mentioned it was her favorite and the staff member said they had just made some and grabbed it from the back for us. Amongst our party of three we got the cookies and cream, PB & j, roasted banana and dark chocolate. All of them were very good. I had the banana which was definitely real banana and not artificially flavored or colored bright yellow. I also had the cookies and cream; the cookies were blended in rather than in big chunks. It made the ice cream more chocolatey and the cookie flavor was not missing from any bite! The shop was nicely decorated and we sat in a plant nook to enjoy our gelato and watch passersby from the window.

Great treats with a fun location. I like the decor and style of the place. It seems like the ownership has invested a lot of time in making the place with an alternate vibe. The issue with this was that there was only one girl as a cashier/server. She was doing a lot for her position. They could definitely do better with one or two more employees.Btw, their chocolate base isn't vegan = the hot chocolate isn't vegan either. The only way they could make that was making everything from scratch, which we didn't want the server to go through seeing how busy she was.

If I could put a million more stars on this spot I would for sureIt caught my attention since I saw it on my Christmas trip with my boyfriend’s dad, his fiancée and my bfThe first one I went to was by myself because they had things to buy at the supermarket but I didn't need anything so I started exploring a little the Downtown but my main stop was here, because of the reviews and the warm and homely way it looksI ordered an chocolate affogato (I don't drink ☕️ so this option was ideal and you could choose gelato, yeah, as you read, ge-la-to, any that you want, homemade ones) and OH MY GAIA, to say that it was a delight is not enough, it is one of THE BEST drinks/desserts I have had in ALL MY WHOLE FRIKIN’ LIFE ??The texture and strong flavor of a good chocolate, the creaminess and naturalness of the gelato (we tried about 4 flavors but my favorite was toasted almonds, suuuuuper good ?) and last but not least, a good portion of whipped cream on top ?The attention is 1st class❣️ The girls who work there are exceptionally sweet, charismatic and super friendly, you definitely feel at home Asheville is a place that we adore for its ⛰️ and now we have more reasons to go back beyond hiking I wish all the success in the wide universe to all this beautiful workers and the owners of this sweet sweet place~✨PS: PS: After my first time, we had about 2 more days left on the Airbnb so I took my partner with me both days, so he had a double but I even triple experience ahahahaha I'm sooo happy

The atmosphere exuded a cool and laid-back vibe, and the offerings included a variety of treats such as gelato, cookies, and coffee.In my quest for a sweet treat, I opted to try their gelato. Although I didn't stop there, my journey continued with an iced caramel latte. The friendly barista proudly shared that the caramel was made in-house, adding an extra layer of flavor to my already delicious coffee experience.As for parking, there are on-street parking spaces available, as well as a paid parking lot situated behind the building.Overall, it was a great experience for my family and I.
