The regular size cinnamon sugar are so soft , sweet and delicious! They just melts in your mouth and the cream cheese dipping sauce OMG??
Mines was a little frozen so let it sit out for a few minutes to enjoy it??

My daughter's pretzel was accidentally underdone, and they immediately took it back, apologized & rewarded her with a new one & a drink. How customer service USED TO BE DONE ALL THE TIME. Kudos to the management!

Vegetarian options: Pretzels are available without butter, ie vegan. I can't have dairy, so this is helpful to me.

I always go here expecting it to be better then it isLast experience on 2/27/22 bites tasted soggy and OVERLY salted. Product selection was limited.on weekends when they no they get crowded they should prepare better and put more out..could benefit from more staff
