Just putting up a 5 star to offset the psycho who put a 1 star for this place not wearing a mask during Covid. Been to the outdoor mall twice and still haven't been here as it's not in the food court and even Google maps is no help to find it.

Their pretzels aren't as fluffy as a Bens but it was very good, and the caramel sauce tasted so much better! Like the caramel for an apple! Staff seemed friendly and we got our food quick.

The employees were very nice, there was a bit of a wait but the food was good. The manager was rude and kept yelling at everyone though. Her employees looked scared and she made the whole visit uncomfortable. We visited Jan. 7 around 3pm.
