Had an amazing dinner in the down stairs area! The place was all decorated for Christmas! Our server was great! She was prompt with our orders for cocktails and gave us great pointers for our selections. My Shrimp 🦐 on Ciabatta bread was delicious with my truffle fries! And he had the Caesar with Chicken. All was great! We were staying at the Crescent Inn and they recommended we come to dine! Just a stroll away from us and close to gasoline and the Biltmore. Conveniently Biltmore also owns and operates this property as well. Perfection! Thank you for providing a flawless experience! We will be back when we visit again!

Hands down the best place iv ever been! shrimp and grits was out of this world good . Stacie the manager was kind and wonderful amazing woman, same as the other staff was grate . Tyler the bartender was amazing and has some phenomenal drinks, Just ask him you want fall in a glass and you will get it .

I wasn't sure about this place, until I entered the building a light fragrance drifted into my nostrils and I could smell for the first time in my life. As a craft cocktail enthusiast and a general snob for food quality and taste; I saw what it meant to truly eat and drink. Rumpelstiltskin must be in the kitchen spinning mere ingredients into plated gold. The only thing that may compete with what touched my tongue may be the service. Scarlet was a lovely server who made my experience amplified to the highest degree. The grace, care and genuine love put into my espresso martini was evident from the first sip, 5 star quality all around, thank you for the privilege of dining at your fine establishment.

Absolutely surprised by how terrific and hospitable our server was (S Rose) . Her love for her job and food was transparent. We ordered /shared several appetizers she recommended to start….fried green tomatoes (best I’ve ever eaten), cornbread with pimento cheese and chow chow (best I’ve eaten), balsamic Brussels sprouts (incredible)…. followed by French onion soup. She knew her menu!!! And topped the evening off with their apple crisp!! Oh my word. We left verrry happy. Yes we will return. Thank you S. Rose!!
The location of this place was surprising, and we weren’t sure what to expect. Everything was wonderful. The menu was large enough with small plates (1/2 price on Saturdays), salads with scratch dressings, sandwiches, and full dinners. The menu was filled with feel-good items like fried green tomatoes, pot roast sandwich, grilled cheese, burgers, pot roast dinner, chicken schnitzel, and shrimp and grits. The food was delicious, but the waiter really made the experience memorable. Tyler was friendly and upbeat. He took care of a group of six with special dietary needs, picky requests, and substitutions. He handled them all and made us feel like they were cooking for each individual. He was also our bartender and made our delicious cocktails, including espresso martinis and a manhattan.

Our group had a fantastic dinner here. Food and drinks were great. but our server Tyler really made the evening special. The restaurant can be a bit hard to find, but is absolutely worth the effort. Parking is above the restaurant near the hotel. Go in and take the steps or elevator near the front desk down to the restaurant.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident since it's off the beaten path. Glad we did! We sat at the bar for dinner but noted there's a nice dining area on the lower floor. We shared three appetizers for dinner since we're on weight loss diets. Plenty of food for two folks and on Wednesday's appetizers are half price, a great deal!👍 Our favorite was the fried green tomatoes, just delicious. 😋 Service was great too - attentive and polite servers. Azalea's was a pleasant surprise and we'll be back. YMMV
UPDATE: We came back for dinner a year later and our experience was bit disappointing. Service was great but our dinner entrees weren't great. Pot roast dry and shrimp and grits way to spic, hot. Minus one star.
