Food and mgt pre-Helene was awesome. Not sure what happened.

Awesome establishment in downtown Asheville. Excellent and friendly staff. Highly recommend to locals or tourists!

It was quite slow, but Joe took great care of us. Garlic knots were top notch and the simple pepperoni pizza was exactly what the doctor ordered.

I had the meatball sub with a salad. The food was really, really good. My server was attentive and professional. The restrooms were clean as well. I would definitely eat here again.

Great service

Decided to stop in for dinner. Atmospheres was good. Pizza was good ,a bit pricey. Caesar Salad was not the greatest. Definitely won’t get it again.

Food here was average. Service was slow. I got the calzone. Took a long time to get our meals. There really was not anything that really stood out about this place. My friend got the pizza, and he did not like it.

we loved it . . . .the pizza, the meatball appetizer and the chicken wings were each delicious, and the environment was simultaneously lively but pleasantly relaxed.

**looking forward to going back and hanging out upstairs where the pool tables, darts, foosball, etc are.

Very nice, laid back place! Went by myself and the staff was very friendly. Workers seemed very busy so props to them, haha. Pizza was great, had a nice thin crust. My server Jo was very nice, had to leave a good review for her!! Thank you guys :)

We had just arrived in town and had an activity scheduled in the next couple of hours. I looked out of our hotel window and spotted Barley’s Taproom and Pizzeria right across the street. We finished up in the room, crossed the street, and entered. We were greeted warmly, seated quickly, and provided with some menus. The place only had a few other customers, and the dining room was spacious but a bit dark. They had a second level, but the stairs were blocked off, so I didn’t get a chance to explore.  We reviewed the beer menu, which was pretty extensive. We tried a couple of tasters. I sampled the Hazy IPA, and Wifey had the wheat offering. We loved both of them and ordered full sizes. We quickly decided on our food order. Wifey went for one slice of her favorite Margherita, and I ordered two slices of Pepperoni, debating between one or two but settling on two. As we waited for our food, we enjoyed the unexpected R&B music selection playing in the background. We were loving it. Before we knew it, our pizzas arrived. Pizza is all about the crust for me, and it was super crunchy. We both enjoyed our food, and I probably could have just ordered one slice.  This place delivered great pizza and beer with quick, pleasant service at reasonable prices.I would definitely recommend a visit.  4.5 Rating
