Great little spot to grab some tea and chill for a bit while I read a book and worked a while.

Good coffee and a large selection of beans to take home. Have had a good experience every time I've been here.

Great little shop near parking and ease of the highway for those wanting coffee to fuel your drive post vacation. We got a flavored cold brew and drip!

My husband and I found this little gem walking around Asheville. There were three ladies working. They were all friendly and helpful. The oatmeal cookies are the best I have ever had! We will definitely be back.

Great coffee and lovely service! I came in with my (noisy) dog on a Thursday afternoon and the worker was so accommodating and said she liked his little howls!I ordered an iced latte with lavender and honey with oat milk. Delicious!

This coffee shop being works the worst coffee on Haywood road. Besides the coffee across the street at the gas station this place has gone all the way downhill I threw the coffee away that I bought immediately it was so bad. Do not go to this coffee shop it stops being a business a long time ago it's now a joke!

Amazing customer service and wonderful coffee!! I went in wanting to try out a new coffee spot and absolutely loved it. The tall barista with dark hair was so knowledgeable about the coffee, super friendly and recommended a wonderful flavor combination with white coffee for my latte. Best.Latte.Ever!! I felt so welcome and loved the baristas and the coffee. Will 100% be back here!!

First time here. I heard that they had very good coffee , and I was tired of the same old, same old Starbucks or Duncan.I tried A Nutella iced blend, a suggestion from the barista. It was deep, flavorful, and every sip was delicious. One thing I noticed about this icy treat, the last sips got more tasty as I got to the bottom. Unusual as other brands tend to dilute as you get to the bottom. I also wanted to try a ground drip blend to take home and share with my wife; so they suggested a Costa Rican blend, which they ground up fresh and put in a 1/2 lb. Bag. I’ll try it tomorrow. I can’t wait!

Great little coffee & tea place. Staff was super friendly and honest. We forgot a shopping bag there on accident and came back the next day and the staff had put it behind the counter for us!! Please remember opening a business is not an easy thing to do and these local establishments are getting fewer and fewer, so think about that when you leave a review for them. One star reviews are generally left by people who have never tried to build anything on their own so they will never understand the struggle. Bean Werks just know people see you and appreciate you!! Keep up the good work!!

Wow, just had the best double dirty spiced chai I've ever had. The barista was friendly. I'll definitely be back!

I order green coffee beans online and pick up in store and it's quick and convenient! If you roast your own coffee, I highly recommend!

Jeff, the owner, is the whole reason that I drink coffee. I never drank it until he rented an office from my employer and since then, I am hooked. They are simply expert coffee roasters and suppliers, along with having coffee by the cup. I highly recommend!

This little spot has a classic artsy west AVL vibe with friendly baristas, a great variety of options for both coffee and tea, and a fun menu board. Personally, I find their espresso to be over-roasted…very strong on the bitterness even in a cubano. If this is your vibe for coffee you’re going to love this place! Personally I prefer a lighter roast on espresso that allows the richness to dominate rather than the bitter. This is a great little shop, just be aware their coffee has a very specific flavor profile.

I used to buy coffee here all the time and it was always exceptional. The woman who ran the store was pleasant and helpful. She is no longer there and the folks that run it now are not helpful. They seem to be uninformed of the basic principles of making flavored coffee. The first time I got a tasteless bag I thought it might just be a fluke but my second bag was devoid of flavor as well. I won't be back.

Best beans in town and lots of variety. All of the baristas are amazing!
