Cool spot, stop in and grab yourself a sake flight!
Good atmosphere and friendly staff! Awesome selection of sake and decent selection of beers.
When I was in college some years back, this place was always known as roofie central. I thought maybe it had it gotten better after a few years, but went there for the first time in a long time last weekend and my friend got roofied too. If you go, watch your drinks, cuz creeps are you watching your drinks too and the bar staff apparently aren’t.
Tried their sake flight which was pretty decent. The nigori sake was well balanced with a hint of yogurt flavor. Other sakes weren’t as dry as I like, but still drinkable and able to scratch the sake cravings.
The vibe has the post apocalyptic car garage feel, not something I’d expect for a sake place but still interesting.
The Vietnamese Fries were really yummy! Tender sweet beef with Sriracha sauce over the top. And it was definitely a meals worth of food.
Nice old service station. Great saker (own brewed)
This place is always on our list! Super yummy sake and crazy amounts of beer variety. Support now, as they seek to get back on line with their food menus. The floods really brought back a part of Asheville we missed.
Such a fun spot to attend Monday night Bingo! Love that it’s dog friendly and the patio space is lovely.
Great beer and sake selection and one of the only places with music that night without a cover. Turned into a club atmosphere for a bit but we were able to sit off to the side with our dog and enjoy the drinks.
Fun, chill, laid back place with some good drinks.

I had the creamsickle sake slush and wow!! The bar is up and running and will start serving food again soon. Stop by and show them some ❤️. A lot of Asheville businesses are still hurting after Helene. Ben's is a really cute spot.
Came to Ben’s Tune Up with a group of friends and honestly, it was such a vibe. The bar staff were super chill and friendly – shoutout to the legend who made us a fruity Sex on the Beach that totally hit the spot. The whole place has this cool, slightly random backyard energy that makes you feel right at home. Great for catching up, chatting rubbish, and just enjoying the night. Would def come back – 10/10 good vibes.
Conflicting info on what days they’re open and if they serve food or not. The website says one thing, Google another and social media doesn’t clarify. However they do NOT serve food anymore and seem to be open Thurs-Mon. Their sake is amazing, as are their mixed sake drinks! Their Monday night bingo is hosted by a fun crowd as well.
Went for the first time the other night, loved the atmosphere, everyone was friendly, and they had an awesome DJ playing top 40 mixed with bass music. Highly recommend for a good night out
Huge gorgeous space with plenty of areas to bring a large group and have a couple of drinks. I tried a flight of the sakes and one of the infusions and I would have to say that the sparkling yuzu sake was my favourite.
I really enjoyed the sparkling yuzu sake that they had made, but I felt like all of the other sakes fell a bit short and had a shochu aftertaste which isn't what I really enjoy.
