The staff is incredibly kind, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a place where customers enjoy spending time. The decor is unique and quirky, featuring cat wallpaper in the bathrooms. The menu offers a range of options, including the "Asheville" biscuit with eggs Benedict, which many consider to be one of the best biscuits they've ever had. I heard about Biscuit Head about a month ago, through a Facebook ad. We were in Asheville to visit Biltmore after Christmas, and visited Biscuit Head on Biltmore Ave twice in two days! The whole staff was so friendly, and the vibe in the restaurant is so fun!! Everything we had both days was fantastic! I ordered the Mimosa fried chicken biscuit both days, and the biscuit donuts, as well! I had to keep apologizing to my family because I was making too many “yum” noises....read full review

This place was a major disappointment for what is posted on their social media. Our order was wrong which first blamed on no internet and then that the cashier didn't hear I wanted an egg, after he asked how I wanted it. Then waited approximate 20 minutes for an egg. The brie on it was the rind of the end of the cheese, fried green tomatoes were mushy, the poached eggs were good but cold. Ordered their fresh squeezed orange juice and there was nothing FRESH squeezed about it. I wish I could give...read full review
