They were especially helpful. I got the two item special. It was a salad of my choice and a half pizza of my choice. I'm a long term diabetic so I chose the cauliflower crust and loaded it up with all kinds of ingredients. I got a coke zero to go with it. The people there could not have been any more helpful. I have mixed feelings about my visit. We were greeted by the happiest person in the world (in the picture), the young man was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and clear about changes and up-charges, which I really appreciated. We ordered our food for here and dessert to go, and he even offered to put the dessert in 10 minutes later so it would stay warm. That kid absolutely rocked.
Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that. The girl who asked me about my ingredients could use a dose of that same customer service, she looked like she didnāt want to be there at all. Then the person running my card didnāt offer drinks, so we had to cancel the transaction just to add them.
When we sat down, another guest actually asked an employee to wash his hands because he was picking his nose. I canāt show a receipt because I didnāt receive one.
The pizza was good, though, I chose my own ingredients.

The food was good as normal but the service was horrible. Bunch of teenagers who clearly hate their job, not nice or friendly at all, and even made my cheese bread (and I know it was mine because they showed me and asked if I wanted oregano) and then put it in a to go box and gave it to somebody else. Some of them also seemed to be high, which would explain the drab attitudes and forgetting my cheese bread.

Iāve never felt the need to write a review for a restaurant before, but I felt compelled to do so this time. Iāve been coming to this location for a long time, but the last few weeks have been very disappointing. The food quality and customer service have both dropped significantly. The manager who used to work here was always friendly, truly cared, and ensured the pizza was made well. I never got his name, but Iāve noticed he hasnāt been around lately, and that might explain why things have worsened. Iām not sure if the management changed, but something has, and not in a good way. They really need to fix things. Right now, I wouldnāt recommend this Blaze Pizza over the other location if you want to get your moneyās worth.

Sadly, this place is horrible. Wastage of time and money kids are running this place. They donāt even care about what they are serving such a pathetic Pizza I had ever tasted. They hardly clean oven and base was not even cooked properly so soggy base as well as tasteless had to throw away entire Pizza. Itās Better to close this Place.
My order was a delivery so I will give service and atmosphere five stars out of default. I appreciate them having vegan pizza, however, the amount of vegan chorizo was almost none existent. This is the first time having this pizza so will not get it again.

Most of the staff here goes out of their way to show you they dont care. I eat here often and won't be back. The cleanliness of dining room shows how much they dont care. There is absolutely no way you have a manager employed here. Dead knats and flies in window sill. Doors and windows look like they have never been cleaned. Today is 10/17/26 go take a look for yourself if you care about your business. Please dont reply with an apology. This is not a one off thing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the gluten free pizza. The hype is accurate and the pizza is very tasty. However what you get for your money is somewhat laughable. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and it was only 3 slices (half of a medium pizza Iād reckon). It came with a Greek salad which was quite tasty too. Those two items cost $13 not including the $1.50 up charge for the gluten free crust. They do have a rewards program which Iām sure helps. But for a one off, perhaps itās worth it but only as a treat.
