It is too hard and stressful to park and then to actually find the restaurant. And then we got lost on the way out too. We had to ask multiple people on the way in and out and they all laughed at us and said, "Yes, this happens all the time" or "We hear this a lot." Yet, they do nothing about it. The staff at Blue Ridge itself was friendly and professional but the price of the food was ridiculously high and the stress on both ends was not worth it at all.

Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet selections. The prime rib was amazing; and the diverse array of salads was amazing. This was our second visit to the Blue Ridge Room. Top quality! I don't remember having to pay $12 for parking though.

Great experience overall....food was delicious....two utensils had to be replaced as they were dirty....Carson quickly replaced them....kept table bussed....drinks filled......very nice overall...we will be back!

When they were taking us to our table, the introduction to the buffet was not done in a sophisticated manner. We were celebrating our anniversary and expected a little more high-end based on the prices and location. The food was sub-par in quality and was not hot. The server was not very attentive. They knew it was our anniversary and the server brought a dessert plate to our table after we ate dessert and it was a cupcake and macaroons. Seemed really cheesy for a sophisticated restaurant. If the hotel was not so nice I would give this experience 1 star. Definitely would not recommend. The Great Hall bar food was way better.

This was our first time at the restaurant. We were so excited for the food considering it was at a very fancy hotel. I had made reservations for Prime Rib night for my husband's birthday. We will NEVER eat here again.... The food was absolutely horrible! The oysters were HOT!! The food was not worth $60 at all. I don't normally post anything negative towards anything, but I was so disappointed that I wish I would have listened to the reviews and made reservations else where with this being a special day!

I have dined here many times in the past. I love the view of the mountains and the wait staff is always well- trained and friendly. The building is historic and a bonus to enjoy before or after the meal. The food is very good for the price, with an outstanding variety. The crab legs and shrimp alone are enough to make the meal worthwhile. I recommend an early reservation time if noise is an issue.

The Blue Ridge at the Grove Park Inn is, by far, the BEST brunch spot in Asheville, a town known for great restaurants. It's kinda pricey, but there is such an amazing variety of excellent food, it's more than worth it. Go hungry!!

Go for the experience and ambience but not for the food. Crab legs were seasoned with salt only, served cold. Not much flavor at all. Prime rib was on tough side with very little flavor. Taco bar with fresh fried tortillas however the toppings didn't include sour cream. The food that was outstanding was the collard greens with bacon, boiled shrimp and the mashed potatoes. Was it $60 worth? The view, service and the items we enjoyed were worth $45 per person.

This is our third time at the seafood buffet. Always look forward to returning to Grove Park. The food was a bit different tasting this trip but still delicious. Love our servers staff, Keisha and Jose, very attentive. Everything you need for enjoying your meal, the views out the windows of Grove Park are worth it all.

Went for the Valetine's Buffet and the food was fair. Had much higher expectations. Service was terrible except the gentleman who was removing plates. He gave us far more service than the waiter. Would not go back for the buffet again.

Outstanding location for Valentine's Day meal. Buffet had vast variety of wonderful food. Service was excellent both at the table and keeping buffet stocked. Ambiance made it an excellent location for Valentine's Day dinner.

Abudent assortment of meats and vegetables. However, from my experience all were under seasoned (i.e. bland). Other examples include the quality of some of the protein served. The prime rib was tough and greasily. The raw oysters were small, and some too small to unhinge from their shell. Crab legs overcooked and difficult to part from shell. Also potatoes were undercooked (I.e. Al dente).

The Valentine's Dinner Buffet was delicious! Fresh oysters on the half shell, ahi tuna poke bowls, crab legs, prime rib....all delicious and the tipped off with amazing desserts and some of the best coffee I've had. Loved it!

Unbelievably delicious food, so many delightful options! Carson, our server, was amazing! So personable, welcoming, and attentive. We ate at the Blue Ridge the entire time during our stay, and never tired of it. Every meal was memorable, and we will definitely return the next time we're in Asheville.
