Literally, every time I’ve been to this Bojangles they mess up my order. A biscuit place not giving a biscuit in a meal that they are known for, please make it make sense. Rude employees and a nasty environment.

Still waiting 20+ minutes on 1 single boberry biscuit after I was told it would be a 3 minute wait. Watched 5 cars come and go with no wait on their orders. Had two cars behind us pulled up also. Only brought their orders, and forgot about ours.

We ordered 3 combos at the drive thru. One order only got 2 chicken tenders and one was missing sauce. I should have checked them before leaving the drive thru.

Very good food!! Did learn a valuable lesson though don't order online. It put me to a Google type pay thing which luckily didn't work. Would have been ten dollars more for two meals than ordering in person!

This is the third time I've been here in the past 20 days, and the last. I'm there around 630am and all I get is a bisquit and coffee. Each time there's some issue....the first it was no plain creamer, I hate flavored cream. Second time I don't remember but it was some small thing. And today I got 2 steak Biscuits and senior coffee 5 + 69cents + tax, should be around 6.....no they charged almost 8. It was no mistake, I know a scam when I see it. I'm not going back

Traqoya store manager was amazing she gave great customer service.food was fresh like I asked with no attitude. She was very polite. Store was clean. Restroom was clean. She was amazing all around. Unlike the other stores I have been in I will continue to come to this
You need to get this store under control...Cold food, undercooked fries, no straw, no biscuit (last time it was a burned biscuit).No reason to go to this Bojangles, literally any other location is better.

IDGAF, Bojangles' in SC or NC slaps and there are no better biscuits anywhere. Also, all staff at any 'jangles' seem to be the most conscientious in fast food. Orders are always correct. I like that they care if I'm happy with my experience. Never change, Boj, never change.
Waited in drive thru 14 minutes to place order,waited another 10 minutes for order,no one at window, 4 women standing around talking,customers lined up around building, food was COLD,bags were lined up on counter...
