Absolutely ridiculous! I just went through the drive-thru Friday morning 15 minutes before 8:00 a.m. and wasted 13 minutes and literally had to drive out of the drive-thru before placing my order it was taking so long. Don't know what you folks are doing, but you need to do something different or do everyone a favor in Asheville and close.

Cash only since yesterday. The sign was still up on the speaker this morning and when i asked if they were still cash only i was told that I needed to read the sign. I pulled up to the window to ask the lady working the drive thru when they thought the card reader would be back up. The response was "Go around, go around" I was not being rude or aggressive in any way. I work in customer service and I know that people can be cruel to employees and I am never that way. Instead of giving me any answer aside from go around, go around was completely unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate office Monday morning as that they did not want to deal with me this morning. I think that the treatment I received was unacceptable. I will not be back to this location ever and will urge others to do the same.

The women at the window were so incredibly rude to us. We ordered a biscuit with cheese. No cheese was on the sandwich. We asked for cheese, after she shut the window on us. We left and had to go back, because they gave us unsweetened tea, when we ordered sweet tea. Then the women asked the other women, “what do they want now?” Like really? We want our food and want it right. That’s what we are there for!!!! Our bo rounds were old and nasty, too. They were so rude about everything.

As always, Bojangles pulled through and served me the best BoChicken sandwich. The service was great, and the clerk at the drive-through was very friendly. Fast with the order, nice and hot, just right. Never had I ssues at Bojangles.

Most of the staff is rude, hateful, and fighting. The rest are just embarrassed of the actions of their co-workers, especially the ones in postions of management. Orders are seldom correct, and forget getting breakfast all day. You're lucky to get it in the morning, 6 a.m. and the lady hadn't made biscuits yet? And drinks are always hooked up to the wrong one. Usually, diet soda comes out of regular tap. So Hendersonville Road Bojangles is the one to avoid !!

I ordered a 12pc dinner, which is supposed to include 3 breasts,3 thighs, 3 legs, and 3 wing, what i got was 6 wing, 2 leg, 2 thigh and 2 breast. Why can't you count? I want a rerund.

The food was good and the restaurant was clean. The workers were kind.
It's hard to get your order correct, there's an AI that takes your order and doesn't get everything. When you get to the window and mention it, the workers roll their eyes and act like you are a problem because you're missing something. I will say the food is almost always hot and fresh, plus the sweet tea is always perfect.

Their hours say 5am til 10pm was in the drive thru at 9:30 waited for 10 minutes and no one came to take order. So if you aren’t going to serve ppl at 9:30 don’t say open til 10pm

More often than not this location does not open on time. I stop on my way to work and usually end up driving away without food after sitting in the drive though for 10+ minutes. Multiple times I've watched people inside the store go about their business ignoring me in the drive thru. I have currently been waiting 12 minutes at the menu board without any acknowledgment whatsoever..

I came here with my friend and I'm probably never coming back again. At the time (around 5:30pm), the options to choose from were very limited as they had at least four items out of stock, and some others weren't prepared to be able to order from. And after many attempts of coming up with an order in which no items were out of stock and correcting the worker who didn't understand the things I picked TWICE, they still managed to get it wrong: I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and french fries with little salt, and when I got them, the biscuit had sausage instead of cheese and the fries were as salty as the sea. So please, when taking an order pay attention to what someone is ordering for because this kind of things ruin the moment very easily.
