Please do not go to this Bojangles. It was the most dirtiest place. When my wife and I got back to our room and opened our meal . Our chicken looked 2 days old and tasted 4 days old. Mac and cheese looked just as old . We did try to eat cause we drove 4 and a half hours and my wife and I were very tired. She got sick really bad. This Bojangles needs to be closed

Stopped at the Bojangles at 654 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803 before heading to Michael’s MRI and I have to say >>> it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Bojangles.
The manager Justin was incredibly kind, helpful and on top of everything. His attitude alone made the whole stop feel lighter and less stressful.
Just wanted to give him and that location a well-deserved shout-out!

I ordered a cajun chicken biscuit with egg and cheese for my son-in-law and got a plain cajun chicken biscuit. I upsized the meal for this biscuit and got bo-rounds instead of fries. If they a live person taking the order instead of a machine, it would have been better. Also, if you had a screen verifying what was ordered at the drive-thru, it would be even better. I have eaten there multiply times inside with no problems. Also, the eat-in dining should be open at 6am. This whole fiasco happened at around 6:15am. Now, I am too far away to go back. It might have been ok if they hadn't charge me for the egg and cheese addon for the cajun chicken biscuit.

My Team recently had an offsite meeting in Asheville and we arranged a catered breakfast from Bojangles. I had called Susan a few times prior to arranging the pick up and she was more than patient with me and very nice. She and her team helped me provide a great breakfast experience as the food was amazing! Very friendly and professional! I 100% recommend this location! Thank you!

As soon as we walked in, one of the employees — an older lady — was loudly using profanity while talking to another worker. Every other word was an F-bomb, and she didn’t stop even when I approached the counter. When she finally walked up to take my order, there was no “hello” or greeting at all — just more of the same foul language. I ended up walking out before placing an order because it felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. If that’s how the staff acts in front of customers, I can only imagine what the food or service might be like.

Southern sweet tea at Bojangles makes now by far the best sweet tea made in the fast food industry and you got to love the famous boberry biscuits in the famous Cajun filet chicken biscuit and their fries and you got to give them to him their food is always hard and it's always done fresh and it's always right there made hot and ready like really fresh Gotta Love Bojangles ain't nothing you can't never go wrong
