The cashier handled money with gloves on and proceeded fulfill the order by touching every piece of chicken on the bar (WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON). She took my order and money and got pissed because I asked her to change gloves. VERY UNSANITARY ppl. I wouldn’t eat here if it was free

Bojangles is a restaurant known for its chicken finger sandwiches and boberry cookies. The service is generally good, with friendly staff assisting customers. However, the vegetarian options are limited. Customers have had mixed experiences with the quality of the food, such as stale fries and flavorless coleslaw.
The restaurant is praised for its commitment to reducing food waste. Bojangles often puts out its leftover food in a clean and tidy box, allowing people to pick it up warm when the restaurant closes. The restaurant also donates its leftovers to local shelters, providing fresh chicken and biscuits to those in need.
Customers enjoy the sides, particularly the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The chicken breast is good, but the skin can be bland and have a plastic-like texture. The wings, however, are great. Some customers suggest that biscuits should be optional, as they can be filling.
Overall, Bojangles is a popular choice for a delicious and affordable Bo chicken sandwich. The restaurant's drive-through service is efficient, and the quality of the food is generally high compared to other non-cow eateries.
