The only good thing about this location is the chicken. The customer service is a joke. The manager that toom our order seemed to be annoyed that we were bothering her when ordering our food. She had to check everytime we ordered a meal that included bone in chicken, to make sure they had enough. The Mac and Cheese was incredibly dry as was the dirty rice. The Bo berry cookies were very raw. The restaurant itself was very clean and modern. Honestly the lady who took our order...

Why did they bother remodeling? Good they have breakfast all day, but like 5 employees standing at entrance to line blocking it then they all went outside to smoke, while I'm waiting to order. Not one could say excuse me as they pushed past, including a female mngr. What happened to manners? That's how you value a customer, not just food, but by not being rude. Four of them shooting a personal video right in front of me while I'm eating! Get away!
