Service was terrible, we had a reservation for a bachelorette party of 8 and it took our server over 30 minutes to even come by to greet us. Food was terrible, cold, not fresh and very disappointing. I had eaten there twice before and the food was pretty good and decent but it has gone down hill tremendously. Getting drinks took another decent amount of time, one gin and tonic didn't make it to the table after 20 minutes. We had another guest join and she wasn't addressed by the sever and she had to go to the bar for a drink, the server didn't address her until all the food was out. I ordered the cesar salad with steak and it was disappointing. I've had the salad before and it was really delicious, but something was askew. There was no flavor from the dressing, the cheese and croutons were scarce, and the steak was cold. The boozy cold brew drinks said it had pumpkin flavor and that was also missing. I've never felt so embarrassed for suggesting that we go there. Will not be coming back, and will be apologizing to my friends for ever suggesting to go there. We are all part of the service industry, and we have lots of grace. But it was dead in there, no more than 4 tables, no one at the bar, so the fact we wasted our hard earned cash on this place is just sad. Do better.

The food was amazing. And fun board games to play while you wait! The pimento dip ???. We also got a pretzel and the cheese sauce was delicious. My oldest got the cheese steak and my husband was sad he didn't get one as well! I got the pickle burger and it was perfect. Not a bite of anything was left behind! Highly recommend and will go back on our next visit.

Sadly, the food was not good in my party. I had the wings and shrimp, other members in my party had the grill cheese and burger.
My friend with the burger said it was the best item he tried out of everything at the table but I cannot recommend the wings as they are basic and bland.
The drinks are nice and they have liquor if you are not a fan of beer or cider but nothing special about bold rock during my visit.
This was our first visit to Bold Rock Asheville. Several years ago we frequently visited the original brewery/restaurant in Nellysford, VA. The grilled cheese sandwich - made with goat cheese! - was outstanding. And the dressed greens were also delicious. The NA cider left much to be desired. The nonalcoholic cider in VA was bright light and very sparkling. The NA cider in Asheville was flat and uninteresting, although the flavor was okay. The wait staff were super friendly and helpful.

DO NOT SKIP BOLD ROCK!!! Cider lovers this is the only spot that matters. Every flavor they have on tap is exceptional, food is hot and sooooooo good, and staff is top notch. Flights are reasonably priced. Wish they had more locations closer, I’d be there every day if I could.
