Go see Dave if you want an incredible meal and experience! We had the best dinner here and I couldn’t be more impressed.
Advertising local steaks but was clearly frozen with no sear and the middle was still undercooked. The waitresses weren't bad but not amazing either. Different waiter had to give me water because I was out for too long.
The atmosphere was good and seemed fancy especially with the prices. I expected much more. I even thought we may have found a little diamond. Boy was I wrong.
If you wanna go get drinks then sure, but if you're finding a place to eat PASS THIS UP. We ordered a $44 dollar bottle of wine that was good but with a $220 ending price tag including some plain boiled greens and a frozen steak that they didn't even have the decency to let thaw before they tried cooking it.
Do not eat here
Only water to drink with food unless you order wine or some other alcoholic beverages as well.

Didn’t stay. Didn’t eat. Won’t try again. Tell your manager to get a sense of humor.

Although I only ordered a soup and salad for takeout, the flavors were wonderful and the ingredients were fresh.
PRO TIP: make a reservation in advance. This is a smaller establishment and it looks like reservations would be beneficial. Even sitting at the bar, those seats are reserved.( now this may be a result of many of the local restaurants are still closed after the Devastation from Hurricane Helene)
The lion's mane broth soup was a warm welcome on a cold and rainy day. Hats off to the chef for bringing out depth and layers of flavor in this simple broth.

I literally never make reviews but this places food isnt good enough for the prices they charge. The fries were so salty they were inedible.the steak was super chewy and over salted. The only upside was the cheesecake. There are many better restaurants in the area with much cheaper prices.

My husband and I came here for a comfort food date on a bitter cold night. Dalton was our server. Highly impressed in the knowledge of menu and professionalism being in the FNB service for 20 years. The best risotto I have ever had. Tallo butter WAS OMG!!! Get an Irish cream coffee with Jameson and Baileys for dessert perfect cherry on top

This experience was incredible!
My girlfriend and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary here at Bone and Broth and everything was just lovely. The NY Strip was cooked perfectly and tasted so juicy. I ordered it with a side of Tallow Butter (per the recommendation of our server, Michael) and it was delicious I highly recommend it. My girlfriend ordered the Duck Frites she loved it as well. It was very flavorful and the hot honey really stood out.
And finally for dessert, we got the pecan pie and I was able to sneak a message to the hostess and ask her to put a message for our anniversary. Not only did they do that, but they wrote it so beautifully on the plate and gave us a candle as well.
To top it all off our server, Michael, was just incredible, whether it was giving suggestions, or checking up on us, he undoubtedly made our night feel special. I would give this establishment a 10/10 stars if I could, and I'd highly recommend coming here for any occasion.

This is such a great find! The atmosphere is casual yet sophisticated. The food from the lions mane mushroom cakes, to our prime rib and lamb chops, and desserts were excellent! The drinks made by Mike at the bar were very good and his recommendations were spot on. This is a local watering hole that welcomes anyone visiting Asheville. The guests having dinner with us at the bar were great to chat with. Bone and Broth makes you realize what a great city Asheville is, will be back to try the shrimp and grits!

We had an amazing dinner! It was romantic, a beautiful setting, I just wish I had reserved a table away from the window. We ordered a few other things that I just forgot to take pictures of before diving in lol. The brussel sprouts were our starter, Amazing! And a very generous portion, easily enough for 4 or 5 people. We ordered the ribeye, the pork belly, and the salmon as are entrees. My only suggestion would be to order the salmon a mid rare. It was a little over done for my taste at medium. The service was impeccable!!!!! I made the reservations and specified that it was my husband's birthday, they were very continuous from the start and told him happy birthday and at the end of our meal they offered him a complimentary dessert of his choosing. We loved our waiter, we ended up tipping him about 35%. No regrets! We will definitely be returning!

Shrimp, grits, okra very tasty
Took my wife for her birthday dinner. We went there based on reviews we read online. Service was excellent, some of the food was good. My wife has mushroom soup as an appetizer the texture of the soup wasn't great, curdled some. I had a side salad, not my cup of tea, the ranch dressing was pretty tasteless. We both ordered the ribeye steak, the meat was seasoned perfectly, the cuts of meat were awful. Huge strips of gristle that made the steak tough and difficult to cut. The sides we had were outstanding brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes. The server gave us a pecan pie dessert in the house for my wife's birthday, it was the best item we had. We did not say anything to the server or a manager because we've found that not going back, or making a recommendation to friends is the best way to handle situations like this. With tip the bill was close to $200, not a decent value.
