This place is almost on my top five chill hangouts in Asheville. The bartenders were friendly. The ambiance was neat, they had a bunch of antique, dark wood furniture, the only thing that I disliked was the TVs. It’s a cigar lounge, a place to hangout and spend time with other connoisseurs. If you want a sports show, go to a sports bar. If they took out the TVs, this place would definitely hit my top five.

THIS IS NOT A CIGAR BAR... Working within the cigar industry, I try hard to visit as many local cigar bars as possible, especially when traveling. This one is the WORST experience I've had in my 15 years in the industry. 1. You should be greeted with something positive when you enter, not "last call, 30 minutes." We said Apple Maps said you were open until midnight on Saturdays. They answered, "we've never stayed open until midnight." We explained yelp and Apple Maps gave your hours. To which the rude now snippy response was, "I don't know anything about their maps. I don't own an Apple. You should have looked at our website." Well, their website says "11 am-??" Three very big takeaways: 1. Cigar bars have humidors not two very small short shelved cabinets. There were 15 varieties of cigars...TOTAL. To be honest, I do not think they ordered from the distributors. I would venture to say they order them online and then resale.... A VERY big NO NO. This is an assumption since the few cigars they did have could not have been purchased through proper channels. These cigars are only given to larger cigar establishments. I know as a fact Davidoff would NOT be happy to see their cigars presented this way, and with a salesperson (not a tobacconist) who's not well versed and polished about their product and cigars in general. 2. You're in Asheville, NC. A city full of young Apple users and you have no knowledge of what's being published on their site or your own for that matter. 3. Never, but never, speak to customers, especially in a cigar establishment, like their not worth your time. Cigar establishments are very cultured places. True cigar aficionados expect a certain standard, and this place certainly lacks standards.

Yelp rated this as the No. 1 cigar bar in Asheville. It is a very nice establishment. Very comfortable and inviting. Great selection of spirits and beers. The only thing, and probably the most important, is thee cigar selection was severely lacking. I was shocked when I asked if the cabinet by the bar was all the cigars they had. I was able to find one I have enjoyed before. The couches were very comfortable, and the fireplace created a very nice ambiance. They did close at 11 pm, which is early in my opinion for a Friday night, but it seemed everything around them closed at the same time, so maybe it's just an Asheville thing. All in all a very nice establishment. Oh yeah, they did make a good old fashioned.

Relaxing place to smoke a cigar and grab a drink.I'm not a smoker but my boyfriend does love a good cigar. They had a good selection to choose from, they'll cut your cigar to your preference, and they serve delicious drinks!I ordered a mixed drink and the boyfriend ordered something on the rocks. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as well as patient as I looked over the drink menu.Like most cigar bars, the theme is dark inside. Not a lot of lighting, lots of tvs for you to watch and enjoy while you smoke your cigar and enjoy your drink.Dogs are welcome as well as outside food since they don't have any food themselves.Great place to just chill after a day of walking around Asheville.

Boomers is awesome! Loved the decor/vibe and the ENTIRE cocktail list. Tried a bunch of different ones-absolutely loved the housemade syrup in my Old Fashioned. Dan was very cool to chat with as well. Will definitely be back.
