There's one older gentleman who is working there every morning I come in, and he is always serving up whatever ordered with the best attitude. Give that man a raise. For real hes half the reason I come in. Consistently quality bagels, affordable, perfect in a pinch.

So I love it here and the first times I came were the best. I don’t know if it’s my name or what because I had to send in my friend to pick up my food because every time I go in for breakfast before work I get actively ignored. She didn’t have a problem picking it up but said the staff audibly went “oh ew” when she said my name for the order. So I dunno what’s happening and I’m confused. I don’t understand why I’m always ignored.. I love it here and I only ever had amazing experiences before this but recently I can tell I’m purposefully ignored because I’ll wait for half an hour before I’m given my food after I order and the store is almost empty by the time I get it even if I order ahead. I just don’t understand… otherwise I love it here and I recommend it 100 percent I just don’t know what I did.

Worst bagels ever. We were so disappointed at the taste and quality of the bagels. They were burnt and the cream cheese tasteless. The size of the bagels were very thin. Go to Publix before going here. Yuck!
