i went into this bruggers and placed a simple order of a poppyseed bagel with creamcheese the server was extremely rude and snarky they whispered my order under there breath and side eyed me and started me down with a mean mug the whole 10 minutes i had to wait. When they came out to hand me my bagel i saw them smash in there hands before putting into the bag and gave me a fake snarky compliment on my appearance. i went back out to my car and unwrapped my bagel to see creamcheese smashed out of the edges and THUMBPRINTS IN MY FOOD!!! it was so gross and i was so pissed. i dont even know what was serving me but i think it was a beared lady whom needs to be fired .

I was a bit disappointed with this location. The bagels I got were pretty flat and definitely overcooked. Other than that, everything was good. I know bad days can happen so I'm sure I'll give it a try again..

Everytime I visit, the employees are so very nice and welcoming. They work so hard and are very efficient! They are also very fast and I’ve never had to wait long! I love the bagels from Bruegger’s and this is my favorite location!!!

Fantastic bagel / sandwich place !!!! Wow love this place reminds me of New York City bagel shops. Lots of unique bagel sandwiches. Food is fresh and delicious coffee great too.
One of the rudest managers I’ve ever encountered. I found out when I got home my order was messed up, and I'm assuming he did it on purpose. Why you'd choose someone like that to represent your business to the public is beyond me.

Holy cow! I'm not normally a bagel person, but... the smokehouse brisket bagel... you will NOT be disappointed. The caramel and vanilla cold brews are a hit too! Great service and very fast.
