Wanted a begal, stopped in because I saw the sign. These begals are gross. I've had better from Dunkin.

It was my first time coming here for a breakfast sandwich. I ordered at the counter then had to go up to the cashier and repeat my order again. The only places I've been to like that was Cold Stone Creamery and Subway and even then, the person who made my order was able to communicate with the cashier. There was a family of 4 ahead of me, and they were trying to remember what exact sandwiches and sides they ordered. The entire process seemed so inefficient.

I ordered the farmhouse sandwich with a side of twice baked hash browns. The sandwich wasn't anything to write home about. The bagel wasn't crispy on the outside or chewy on the inside. It was actually kind of a rubbery consistency. The bacon was chewy and had no hint of being peppered.

The fact that the hash browns are called twice baked is laughable. What I got looked like a lump of shredded raw potatoes. Definitely a pass for me.

I went there during lunch hours with my coworkers, employees seemed to hate us, their job and world all together.Bagels and sandwiches we ordered were delicious but customer service was unfortunately horrible 😒 The cashier was mad at me because he gave me sweet tea as I wanted unsweet and blamed me for it ...we left confused...

5 stars to the wonderful cashier who was just trying to help us save a few dollars by letting us know to order salmon on the side. 1 star to the girl who literally stayed by her side and forced her to increase our bill by 50% for the same amount of food because we didn’t know beforehand.

I haven't been to this location awhile but had a nearby Dr appt so it was convenient to stop in. I got the egg white with bacon, avacoda, sun-dried tomato and more tomatoes bacon. The picture of it on the website and what I got was nothing the same.I pulled it out to eat in the Dr parking lot. The bagel was flat and soggy, the egg white basically disintegrated and I had a pile of sun-dried tomato with a dallop of avacoda. I was so disappointed because I had remembered it being so good before. Probably won't try again any time soon.

Excellent Bagels freshly baked and most enjoyable.

I go to Bruegger's almost daily to get my bagel and cream cheese fix.

Starts my day off happy.

Good bagels and good coffee. Got myself the Vermonter and a large hazelnut coffee for $9. Staff was fast and friendly. Recommended some places to see in the area.

So I love bagels and I have tried them from everywhere. I live near Joeys bagel in Fletcher but was going thru Asheville this morning so decided to try this place and it was horrible. Bagels are big and fluffy and chewy! Not too chewy, but they have a bite! There bagels were flat, have holes poked all in the bottom and it was like eating a dinner roll breakfast sandwich. The eggs were so bland, no seasoning, no flavor and the cheese was non existent! They had meat choices but I don’t eat some for multiple reasons but the simplest of things, bacon, was even weird and complicated by making it pepper bacon. Horrible for basic wants! They also had 5-7 people working and I waited forever to even just place the order. The gentleman that took my order was polite and he also made my sandwich but other than him no one smiled, was inviting or even pleasant! So in all, bland food, crappy or totally different style of bagel (not NY bagels), average employees and nothing impressive! I will take my time and drive to Joeys Bagel for a real amazing bagel with flavor and amazing people.

Could not get a coffee refill. Person would not recognize me as a customer.
