Your Oteen store is terrible. Last Friday I was in drive through and your employee cursed out a customer 2 cars ahead of me. Extremely unprofessional . What kind of establishment are y’all operating

Went through the Arby's Hendersonville location 2 evenings ago. Not only did I have to repeat everything because no attention was being paid. But my family and I had to listen to a bunch of profanity because they didn't turn of the microphone. Then just flat out rude at the window. Everyone has a bad day. So I just went inside and after standing there for 5 minutes a girl walked up and stared at me. Didn't ask for my order just stood there until I started ordering. Never ever ever will I return to this location! HENDERSONVILLE!
