Coco & Kenny was amazing tonight the service was outstanding. Coco was on the floor alone and she ran it like it was fully staffed.

Food was great, server was nice but absolutely run ragged. I'm sure they would hire more people for the lunch shift if anyone were to want a job. Not a reflection of the people working, they were great and doing the best they could with a skeleton crew.

I’m not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings in the first place but visiting from out of town so we decided to give it another try. Started with us sat in a booth with completely tore up seats and ready to fall off. Ordered an alcoholic drink that was way too sweet, I tasted no alcohol, and was like I was in the most basic bar that should never serve anything else but beer. The wings were not good at all! They were cold, tough, sauce blah, and I couldn’t finish the 6 I got. The tots were good! The young lady serving us was very nice. We should known better and gone to Papa and Beers across the street. Last time EVER going to a Buffalo Wild Wings and seriously your tore up booths at this location need a renovation people.

The workers are overwhelmed. The pick up line is always chaotic. The red-haired woman who helped me tonight was exceptionally rude. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I understand the valid stress and frustration of a busy shift, but for it to ALWAYS be like this over several months without improvement, and for someone in a customer facing role to be unable or unwilling to not direct their frustration at the customers (even someone who is content waiting and trying to stay out of the way), is enough to make me not want to go back. I love my wings but the quality has gone down alongside the customer service. The past several times the wings have been dry and some didn't even have sauce on them at all. Better to just go somewhere else 🤷

Bar service slow and unfriendly in a not crowded restaurant on a friday night. Guess I should have guessed there was a reason for that when I walked in. Wings weren't very temperature hot and was only given one small ranch for my 15 wings and measly order of carrots & celery. Will certainly never be back there, and mostly likely any BWW.

This place was ridiculous. Left after waiting an hour for food. Watched only one wait staff actually working. Another was vacuuming the same spot for 20 minutes just looking around. Several people left before we even did. This is not a place to go and actually expect food.

Sunday night, less crowded than one would expect for a sports bar. Wife and I arrived at 6:10. Seated promptly, nice server who also took our drink and food order. 1 iced tea came within 5 minutes. My bottle of beer did not arrive. Waiter said he would check with the bartender. We were seated at a high top directly across from the bar. We watched the entire wait staff inquire about drinks they had obviously been waiting on. Observed the bartender moving at her own slow pace. 35 minutes into this observation, wife went to bartender and asked for the beer. Was told there were other tickets ahead of us. Food half eaten and still waiting on beer. Asked for GM; he appeared and made excuses for the young lady who was moved from waitress to bartender with no experience. New or not, I said she has one speed. Slow! He apologized walked away as if this remedied the situation. He to look disengaged and certainly didn’t present as he was a GM. Didn’t even offer to comp the beer, let alone walk 50 ft and pull it from the cooler. Beer finally showed up and was on the bill! Owner, listen up! With this kind of leadership you have a sinking ship! Wait staff were all frustrated. They will move on and your trajectory will only go further down.

Stood waiting to be seated for 5 mins while 4 separate employees ignored me standing there next to the sign. Not one spoke to me or acknowledged me. Just walked around me with tunnel vision. The place had the TV volume up to an obnoxious levels anyway for “the game” so I left. Nothing good was going to come from this visit tonight.

This isn't the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. The worst was in Carbondale, Illinois but they were packed so at least that was a bit of an excuse. I stopped into the Tunnel Road location today and at 2:30 it was roughly 10% full. I sat down at the bar and there are some folks behind the bar milling around trying to sort something out. No one says high or even acknowledges me. Then they wandered away. So I sat and watched two complete commercial cycles on the football game so lets say 10 minutes. Nobody, nada, nothing. So I left.

This was my 4th time here and once it was good, twice it was meh, and today was the sign that coming back is a waste of time. As a company they've slid pretty drastically. Back in 1987 I worked at one of the very first BW-3s (that's what they were called) and while the wings were much smaller back then, the food was better across the board. Things are expensive these days so I take that into consideration in the number of stars given. If it was cheap I'd probably put 2-3 stars on it but it's not. Other places have much better wings, better service, and a better overall option for dining in nearly every way. There was a time I would have recommended stopping in and buying a bottle of sauce but the bean counters at corporate got a hold of the recipes and now they're just run of the mill gloop with no real character. And most of the time I go into one when travelling the cavernous stores are mostly empty. It destroys the vibe for the vast majority of the time when they're not busy. I can't imagine this location ever being busy.

They need a full reset. Dump the giant stores that feel like warehouses, go to counter service because clearly staffing is hell, and hire someone to redo the menu to make it worth spending one's money there. It's not worth it right now. The wings in the cold bar in the Ingles across the street are probably better for less than half the money.
