THIEVES AND LIARS WITH POOR SERVICE AND FOOD. Waited forever to be seated, food was wrong 3x, didn’t leave a tip, KATIE (waitress) decided she was worth a $20 tip an applied it to our bill. When I contacted the store manager she refunded me but put down I was dbl charged. I have the screenshots from our text. I told her it needed to say theft by employee and corporate needed to be made aware bc there is no telling how many people have been done that way. She said she was writing a report and tried to cover up the fact that Katie stole from me and said I should just be happy I was coming out with a free me.

The worst experience, I don't know how this place is still open in Asheville, bad food, bad service, bad drinks from the bar to the table, and they still get upset because a party of 15 and a party of 15 take business, there's no zero stars, otherwise that's what they deserve

We was with our friends and there children we waited 30 minutes on our drinks then it was way over an hour before we started getting our food they was out of what the 2 younger children wanted and they was the last to even get there food one order was wrong and still charged us for everything needless to say I was mad

I was so amazed at how nice it was to watch the Carolina game and eat at the same time... The food was cooked to perfection and our waitress Tianna was on point with our drinks being filled up down to having our food out to us steaming hot... I will be back and hopefully have a waitress as professional and courteous as Tianna and I know the food will be as good or better!!!Parking: Huge parking lot and the light was great to see at night

BWW has always been my go to for a great smash burger. Tonight was a different story. One of the worst burgers I have ever had. You normally get two smashed Pattie’s with with the good outer crust from the flat top but always nice and juicy inside. Tonight I received two 1/3 pound Patties not at all smashed and very dry! Definitely a very bad, unflavorful frozen patty. Very disappointing! Will be awhile before I return. Below is a picture. I did remove one patty because of the thickness.

Sat for about 20-25 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, my wrap was made without the dry rub I asked for and was more tomato than chicken. But hey at least they didn’t charge me for a soda?

So I stop here for dinner with 15 people and they kind of ignored us we even ask to seat apart 5 per party but they kept ignoring us they were seating people they had just arriving so i said is the worst one i have ever been due to the attitude of personnel
