Food and drinks were great, and Murray, our waiter, made the experience over-the-top! Highly recommend!
Our server was great and accommodating. The food was good, but chicken was a little dry on our sandwiches.
Will be back! A great find in on of my favorite places- Asheville!! Food was on point as was service!
Farmhouse Omelet was so delicious. Love the potatoes! Waffles were cold but waiter got new ones and were good.
Celebrating New Years Eve. Every dish was excellent. SHRIMP and Grits were goat cheese forward and quite spicy if you love that. Being a 'Georgia girl', the original fried chicken was truly "finger licking good". The staff was very personably and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Try it. You won't regret it. Casual, but tasteful ambiance.
We have always loved TH and have regularly gone there. We have always enjoyed the food, especially the crackling potatoes. Much to our disappointment, they have completely changed the recipe. They are no longer fresh potatoes, cut into chunks and turned into delicious spicy creations. Instead, they seem to be precut into little potato pieces (which tasted like they had come from a bag of frozen potatoes and barely spiced. Super disappointed. To top it off, my husband's steak was seasoned with what tasted like bottled bbq sauce. A very disappointing meal overall!
So delicious! Wonderful service! Cute ambiance. And even went back the following evening for more!
Amazing service, incredible food (highly recommend their original fried chicken with the seasoning, collard bacon greens, and the sweet potato pancakes (holyyyyy shi that was amazing)). Go to the Hendersonville location, way less busy than downtown! Will 10000% be back
Excellent food and service. The fried green tomato appetizer is a must have the goat cheese grits that the tomatoes sit on make it extra special .
The food and service were great. And we were sat right away. This place never disappoints.

This restaurant once was a favorite for homemade fried pickles and the honey dusted chicken. Last night, we learned that the restaurant no longer makes their own pickles and the appetizer's taste reflected that. Our chicken was good, but sorely lacking in that trademark special pop of sweetness from the honey dust (they must be cutting back). Hubby loves the rosemary parm potatoes. While they were still good, they were not hot when they arrived with the entree. We probably will not return—makes me sad.
Chicken was dried out. Drink was flat. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper and dirty as were the main floors. Waitress was nice. Will NOT go back.
Excellent food and service. If you have time and want to talk to friends or family this is “the” place to eat a meal. Wide variety in the menu and I have never had a bad choice.
Nice meal, waiter very attentive to needs. Trouble at end paying bill when pay by phone made a huge mess.
My grandson's birthday. Wonderful food, and service. The waitress was very attentive, especially to the birthday boy. This is down home good old southern cooking at it's best.
