So delicious! Wonderful service! Cute ambiance. And even went back the following evening for more!
Amazing service, incredible food (highly recommend their original fried chicken with the seasoning, collard bacon greens, and the sweet potato pancakes (holyyyyy shi that was amazing)). Go to the Hendersonville location, way less busy than downtown! Will 10000% be back
Excellent food and service. The fried green tomato appetizer is a must have the goat cheese grits that the tomatoes sit on make it extra special .
The food and service were great. And we were sat right away. This place never disappoints.
This restaurant once was a favorite for homemade fried pickles and the honey dusted chicken. Last night, we learned that the restaurant no longer makes their own pickles and the appetizer's taste reflected that. Our chicken was good, but sorely lacking in that trademark special pop of sweetness from the honey dust (they must be cutting back). Hubby loves the rosemary parm potatoes. While they were still good, they were not hot when they arrived with the entree. We probably will not return—makes me sad.
Chicken was dried out. Drink was flat. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper and dirty as were the main floors. Waitress was nice. Will NOT go back.
Excellent food and service. If you have time and want to talk to friends or family this is “the” place to eat a meal. Wide variety in the menu and I have never had a bad choice.
Nice meal, waiter very attentive to needs. Trouble at end paying bill when pay by phone made a huge mess.
My grandson's birthday. Wonderful food, and service. The waitress was very attentive, especially to the birthday boy. This is down home good old southern cooking at it's best.
Quiet on a Monday evening. Not crowded. Spicy chicken sandwich excellent and plentiful. Fried Salt and Pepper crispy Brussels sprouts crunchy and delicious.

A little confusion upon arrival on who would be our service. We had to wait a few minutes until they figured it out. Food selection was very good.
Had the fried chicken sandwich with the serano honey (on the side - it's spicy) . Chicken was perfect...juicy and tender, breading was crunchy and very flavorful. Ordered the side of crunchy potatoes. They were great! Lovely server (Ann?) sorry not sure of name). Very nice Sunday brunch location.
Service was great-was checked on several times but not overly. Lots of great choices for brunch. Good iced tea and delicious biscuit!
The restaurant is really neat! First time there. The sauces for the tenders were all kind of spicy. There needs to be more Choices not spicy. I have had gastric surgery so spicy doesn't settle well. Loved the tomato soup! It was tasty! The server was very efficient, in some cases almost too efficient. Kind of disruptive to our conversations. But....I still would say he was outstanding. Very pleasant. Very efficient.- definitely a better location than uptown!
Our food was not up to standard in our view. And one item had to be returned and re-cooked.
