Manager tried to steal money from me and gave me short change and acted like he didn’t know what happened. Also dining room is closed for no apparent reason.

Don't eat here. I've gotten food poisoning from here two times. It's absolutely terrible. The staff is terrible too. They're nothing but rude. I never had a good experience here. Please don't eat here for your own sake in your own health.
What am I to feel besides pity for the staff who seem incapable of accomplishing the minimum asked of them ... at a Burger King. #prayers

the one dude working was so mean to my friends and i when we tried to order in the drive thru after he said “welcome to burger king where you rule what can i get started for you today” and we tried to order using a coupon and he said “sorry our system’s down for 20-30 minutes” and we thought he meant whatever system processes coupons so we kept ordering and he very rudely said “our. system. is. down. for. the. next. 20. to. 30. minutes.” like man what did we do to you man take a freaking chill pill

Every single time I come to this location I dread it. It takes forever to receive my food and the staff are some of the worst, when it comes to professionalism. I even ordered it online early and still waited 20 + mins for my food!

They say they are open until 1 am and when you pull up to the drive thru the automated voice even asks for your order. In my case this was at 9:45pm. When I made my order another voice came on and said they were not actually open unless you were with DoorDash.

My husband and I had placed an order. I went through the drive thru. Had to wait a few minutes. Had to remind them I was there for an online order. They gave me a bag but it wasn’t my order it was someone else’s. I told the lady at the window. She told me to pull around to the front. They couldn’t find my order. So I did just to find the doors locked. Another customer told me they were always locked every time she’s been there. Crew members clearly see me at the door, no one comes to the door. I go back to the drive thru, wait in line just to be told my order has already been picked up. I told them no I was told to go around and the lobby doors were locked but I didn’t get my order at all. They didn’t bother to get me a manager, remake my food, anything. Just kept repeating that order was already picked up.
This isn’t the first time my orders been wrong.
I don’t recommend this location. There is no corporate number, no customer support number. All you can do is go to bk support and someone will call you in 2 days. Definitely going to dispute with my bank.

It was a Burger King drive through. So, ya know, fast food. However, the staff here has improved a lot since I was here last!

They have the worst service ever. They stay open until 1 got there at 7:30 they would not take my order, so I drove up to the window They did a hand gesture to me, so I drove off was not the only one to leave. Very rude.
This place is NEVER open when it says they are. Apparently they're super understaffed and never offer dinner. Close this place down already and open up something where people want to work.
Tunnel road location only takes orders via mobile app at night. They will not take your order at drive thru only take via mobile app, craziest shit couldn't get a double cheeseburger via pulling up at drive thru. I bet there sales suck terrible at this location!

They usually get orders correct in my experience but the employees are often rude and the hours online are incorrect. The other burger kings in and around town are consistently much better

The lobby was locked even though it was supposed to be open (it was around 5 pm) so we had to go to the drive thru. The staff forgot one of our burgers, we had to loop back around through the drive thru to get it (they had just neglected to hand the bag to us, apparently). We wanted vampire nuggets, but they were out. Which is what my kids were really excited for. The nuggets we got were cold and my kid didn't even want to eat them, she said they weren't good. The whoppers I ordered were fine, though one was nearly dripping with mayo. The fries were not hot. I should have known from how dead it was at dinner time that this restaurant is a mess, but I was in a hurry and didn't have the time to go elsewhere.
