I ordered an All American Beyond burger. I added American cheese and left everything on it. I ate it way too fast because it was juicy and yummy!!!!! Omg 10/10 order up!!!

Customer service matters! If I could give this place a 10, I would! John took my gigantic order and went through it with me a second time to ensure accuracy. He and I chatted while he put my order together putting my milkshakes in the freezer so they wouldn’t melt while getting all the hot food made. After that, he went through and numbered my order in the receipt so I would know what was what when I passed it all out. He then helped me bring it all to the car. Absolute customer service stud! When I got back to the hotel, the order was complete with extra ketchup and napkins. Not to mention it was obvious the food is all local and delicious. 0 complaints from a party of 12, only compliments to them. Butgerworx will always and forever be the first place I go to in Asheville whether I’m hungry or not! This place is awesome!
We always stop here when in town. The best smash burger! Love the fries!! Be sure to add homemade pimento cheese to your smash burger!

Absolutely incredible! This place sets the bar high for what a burger joint should be. The food? A perfect 10/10—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. But what really took this experience to the next level was the immaculate service. The staff was beyond friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure every customer had a great time. My order came out quickly, fresh, and exactly as I wanted. I came to Asheville, from Mebane, to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we felt so welcomed here! The food was A1, the service was fast even in the lunch rush, and the atmosphere was nice as well. I wish they had a place as good as BurgerWorx in my hometown. John has a wonderful personality, Debbie is the sweetest, and compliments to the chef as well!! I will be stopping by here again if I ever come back to Asheville in the future.
