Customer service matters! If I could give this place a 10, I would! John took my gigantic order and went through it with me a second time to ensure accuracy. He and I chatted while he put my order together putting my milkshakes in the freezer so they wouldn’t melt while getting all the hot food made. After that, he went through and numbered my order in the receipt so I would know what was what when I passed it all out. He then helped me bring it all to the car. Absolute customer...

Absolutely incredible! This place sets the bar high for what a burger joint should be. The food? A perfect 10/10—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I came to Asheville, from Mebane, to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we felt so welcomed here! The food was A1, the service was fast even in the lunch rush, and the atmosphere was nice as well. I wish they had a place as good as BurgerWorx in my hometown. John has a wonderful personality, Debbie is the sweetest, and compliments to the chef as well!! I will be stopping by here again if I ever come back to Asheville in the future.
