Kim and her crew provided outstanding service and delicious food for my daughter's wedding. (My aunt is an incredible cook and she, and others, commented that it was the best shrimp and grits they had ever tasted!) Gorgeous charcuterie grazing table! Bartending was also fantastic. Everything flowed smoothly and there were no hiccups (that I was aware of!)

Kim is kind and delightful to interact with - when you are finally able to interact - and that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 in my review. Communication was a struggle, especially for a person like me who 1) has never planned a wedding and 2) likes to have questions answered in a reasonable amount of time -- even if the wedding is still 3 months away. The caterer is THE most important vendor for a wedding and communication is crucial. Kim WILL dedicate her time to you, but only about a week out from the event. If you need information or suggestions outside of that time frame, it's difficult to get a response.

I definitely recommend Celine and Co - just with that caveat.

The food was incredible, beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Our guests are still talking about how good everything was! From appetizers to the main courses, every bite was a hit.

After three stunning events with Celine & Company, it’s safe to say Kim and her entire team are part of the family. That’s because everyone who works here brings so much love, care, and attention to the work they do.

We hired Kim to cater: an at-home intimate welcome party, a welcome cocktail hour in downtown Asheville, and our wedding in the mountains. Three very different parties with one main theme: phenomenal food!

Kim took the time to do a home visit to understand the best way to cater the cocktail party and meticulously crafted menus for each event so there was no overlap in food. You don’t often hear, “this food is amazing” at a wedding, but that was the constant refrain all weekend long. Pretty sure multiple people reached out to Kim for recipes when the weekend wrapped!!

Yes, the food is 10/10. But it’s Kim and her team that make everything so special. We’re already scheming up future events so we can be reunited with Celine & Co! LOTS OF LOVE TO YOU ALL <3

I hired Celine and Co for my son’s Bar Mitzvah party and the food was out of this world amazing. I specifically chose them because I had been to a few parties where Kim catered and it was unbelievable. Then they exceeded my expectations at my son’s party. I would only use them for any party going forward. Kim is truly the BEST!

Celine and Company provided catering for our daughter's wedding. The food was absolutely delicious! We received so many compliments. They were very attentive to dietary restrictions. There's a reason Céline and Company Catering comes so highly recommended - the hype is real!! Kim and her team catered our wedding last month and blew us away!! The passion, love and excitement Kim has for what she does is the secret ingredient and is what makes working with her such a joy. As for planning, well she just gets it!! She totally understood our vision for a cocktail style reception and created the most epic menu to match. It included salmon w/ sauce people are still asking me the recipe for to flavored butters on local bread. They created the most delicious garlic green beans and ended the night with mac and cheese cups! I often go to weddings expecting good but not great food, with Céline you can expect GREATTT!!

Their team was organized, easy to communicate with, and the food was a huge hit with the guests. Everything came out beautifully and right on time. We had our wedding ceremony and reception with Celine & Company at The Hideaway in May 2024 and had a wonderful experience with Kim and her team. Between booking and the wedding itself, Kim shifted her focus to the catering side of the business and transferred ownership of The Hideaway event space (now Ella). Our original pricing was honored – just as Kim assured us it would be – and other than some additional conversations, there were no major issues during the transition.

Communication: Kim’s personality makes you feel right at home and we felt that from our first conversation with her. Her positive energy is contagious and put us at ease since we live out of town and were only able to visit once while planning. At times responses were a little slow, but we always received answers to our questions and it became apparent as our date neared that Kim was tracking all along. No detail was missed. She and her team are pros.

Pricing: The catering and venue pricing was clear and reasonable. There was absolutely no upselling or nickel and diming with Kim. We were blown away by the food we were able to serve our guests at the cost we wanted. Noting the venue ownership change, future couples may have a different experience as the bar and venue pricing is now separate from catering, but we couldn’t have asked for better.

Venue: Again, the venue is no longer run by Celine & Company, but we wanted to mention it. We liked the idea of having our wedding in downtown Asheville so guests could walk to and from the venue. Once we visited the venue in person, we were sold. The venue has a classic and warm vibe, and in our opinion, didn’t need much additional décor. We had our ceremony and reception in the space, and with 100 guests, it was the perfect size. The dance floor really warmed up as we started dancing, but that’s expected from an older building. Having in-house catering was a huge plus, as we had fewer vendor decisions to make.

Food: Without exception, every vendor to who we mentioned Celine & Company was catering our event raved about Kim and her team’s food. Our tasting was wonderful, and our menu options were practically unlimited. We originally envisioned a unique menu to reflect our adventures together but in the end we went with something more classic that would better suit our guests. We picked a few main items and gave Kim some general lanes to stay within and let her run with the details. That said, the menu was phenomenal. Kim and her team’s creativity and execution made every part of the meal memorable. A few guests had dietary restrictions and Kim went above and beyond to ensure they had an equally great experience. Our guests are still talking about the delicious food.

Staff and Service: Kim’s team is amazing. We had the pleasure of dropping in on the kitchen earlier in the day of our event and everyone was so friendly and seemed to truly enjoy working there. The staff on the evening of the wedding were buzzing around all night and so pleasant and friendly. They quickly moved the chairs from the ceremony space to the reception tables while we were enjoying cocktail hour. Everything happened on time and seamlessly. We loved our cooler bag full of leftovers! Can’t wait to pop in and say hi when we visit Asheville in the future.

Bar: With the earlier mentioned changes, Celine & Company didn’t run the bar for our reception, but Ella did honor the cost for the bar package that we had agreed to with Kim. The service was good and our guests had plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options and commented on the friendly service.

Celine & Company were phenomenal to work with for our wedding. Kim’s professionalism and experience were evident from day one. She helped us craft a menu tailored to our tastes while thoughtfully accommodating guests with allergies and dietary needs. The entire experience was seamless, with flawless coordination between Kim, the venue, and other vendors. We felt completely taken care of!

As we were planning our destination wedding reception, I found Celine and Company through Wedding Wire. The phone calls and virtual meetings with Kim were positive which is why we decided to proceed with this venue. Granted, when one is planning an event in another state, communication is key, and I found Kim's responsiveness to be extremely slow via email. I found I had to follow up at times. Unfortunately, we were unable to celebrate our special day due to Hurricane Helene and had to cancel, but we were extremely understanding of the situation. We checked in with Kim and the events company (Ella Asheville), hoping they were safe and if we could do anything to help. I also followed up inquiring about our deposit and if we could get any of it refunded back to us. As a paying client, I was hoping somebody would get back to me, but it was silence. We felt unimportant to them. I followed up again in December about our deposit and no response. I was extremely disappointed in their customer service and would not recommend this venue.

Celine and Company catered our wedding and Kim did a phenomenal job! We are from out of state and had very little knowledge of the caterers in Asheville but throughout the entire process, Kim exceeded our expectations with her level of professionalism. She was communicative and created a perfect menu that accommodated all our guests' dietary needs.

Every dish was beautifully presented (see below for Wilbur) and tasted amazing- the biggest complaint we received from our guests was that they were too full to eat more! Kim and her team went above and beyond for our special day and we cannot recommend them enough.

Downtown Asheville event space is a gem! The venue has a charming atmosphere, perfect for almost any occasion. The space has lots of room for both intimate gatherings and larger events. They have catering options IN HOUSE, offering a wide range of delicious options tailored to any dietary need. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is flawless. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or social gathering, this space provides the perfect blend of convenience, style, and top-notch catering. Highly recommend!

Celine & Company prepared and served delicious appetizers followed by a wonderful dinner. Not only was the food great, but the service was also fantastic. Kim was very accommodating of any dietary restrictions our guests had, and was so great to work with. I highly recommend Celine & Company as well as The Hideaway!
