Impossible to find the parking lot. Online ordering system takes forever to navigate and has no availability for over an hour at any time of the day. No humans to answer the phone to take an order. Quite possibly the most difficult fast food place to access food at in the world.

Cava is always one of my go to healthy options, when I don’t feel like the price or the sodium of eating at other restaurants. I love building my own thing, and you can always switch it up! Fast and healthy! I was able to build my own salad and select a yogurt dressing. It's in a convenient location and the food is good and ready quickly. A great choice for lunch on a work day. $$Dietary restrictions: Easy to keep your calorie count in check. Calories are posted on everything including the dressings and the self serve drinks.

I LOVE CAVAAAA!!! It’s one of my favorite place to get lunch and the workers are soooo sweet and accommodating! Some workers that i’ve seen work really hard are luna and pamely and wyatt. I’ve been going for a while now and they always do their best with my food as well as the service. 10/10 would recommend
this was the best dining experience i’ve ever had! pamily gave us the best service of our life. everyone was super helpful and friendly. it was my friends first time eating here and they are planning on coming back at least once a week. best! experience! ever!!

The food was not good. Crunchy rice, the falafel was gross, the customer service was completely lacking and the place was filthy. I’ve been to the one in Charlotte and it was good but this was completely disappointing.
