This is my third visit to Cecilia’s restaurant on Merriman Ave in Asheville. I’ve had the main course crepes, the dessert crepes, salads and wine. I absolutely love everything about it. Delicious, unique foods, diverse menus, good drinks, great atmosphere super friendly staff, and Cecilia’s wonderful story and enduring touch. Visit and enjoy 💙 (I’m trying to add a photo of my incredible mixed berry crepe with dulce de leche but don’t know if it will work.)
We had a delicious meal, enjoyed meeting Matt or server. Will definitely eat here again!
This small neighborhood restaurant serves an unusual combination of French and Argentinian cuisine -- eclectic for sure, but it works! The crepes are wonderful -- if you like mushrooms, "The Forestiere" is a great choice. For a simpler concoction, the ham and Swiss with the addition of eggs is just as good. The empanadas are light rather than doughy and very flavorful too. Cecilia's has a surprisingly extensive menu and everything looks yummy. Also open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
wonderful food and service. Will return.
We had Cecilia’s food truck at our daughter’s wedding reception this weekend. We highly recommend them! The food was amazing, and our guests really enjoyed it. There was so much food and we had almost 200 hungry guests!
Fantastic Food Truck!! We tried the Cuban, Chicken Empanada and a spinach ham/cheese crepe! It was outstanding and we ate it right there on the outside deck at Highland. Keep coming back with the delicious food and making us smile :)
Great service, the fruit and cheese platter is amazing! My crepe del mar was fantastic cooked perfectly. Child friendly atmosphere my children enjoyed the mussels and mashed potatoe dishes. Will be eating there again.
The best !! Great food
We have been ordering takeout for dinner from Cecilia's, and have loved every one. The items from her grill, especially salmon and the blanc de poulet, are excellent. The sides are wonderful - the grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes are so good. Our visit this past Sunday was for brunch with family. The service was excellent and the crepes were very tasty. We highly recommend Cecilia's Kitchen.
Great food & new location ! love it

The food is amazing, tamales, empanadas & crepes...you can't go wrong. Prepared fresh and always taste delicious! The bar is beautiful, great outdoor seating...they are doing it right!
We've eaten here twice. The food has been consistently good and reasonably priced. The service has been prompt and courteous. The wine list is well-chosen. Outdoor dining, either open air or under the tent, is a nice option. If you live in the area, traffic on Merrimon, only partly obscured by the tent, is not a buzz-killer. My companion told me Cecilia's was a food truck before it became this restaurant. I will hit the brakes and pull up if I ever see the truck around town. Even a fraction of the offerings on their splendid menu would be a treat under any conditions. The menu options are much healthier than what the other sit down dining establishment at the top of the hill offers. Cecilia's deserves to be wildly successful.
We ordered take-out for brunch. The seafood omelets were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I added a side of hollandaise to top it off! Friendly, fast service. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
Cecilia’s Kitchen does not disappoint. From tamales, crapes, and empanadas this is the best place in town. The food is authentic and beautifully plated. The flavors are gorgeous. Great service, vegan friendly as well. Highly recommend!!!!
We ate in the new parking lot "parklet" and felt very safe and socially distant. All servers wore masks. The charcuterie board was excellent, and the server explained all the times to us (a couple of times). Very nice assortment of meats, cheeses, breads and spreads. Wine list is adequate. So eat here when you are in the mood for crepes and other "off the beaten path" menu items.
