One of my favorite places in Asheville simply because the value is unmatched. Is Nine Mike or Chestnut better? Sure, but the food here is almost as good and I’m “out the door” for under $10. Have eaten here probably 50 times and am so glad they’re back in business.
Overall the cheesesteak was pretty decent but the service I received was far below what I would expect from Charley’s! I opened my box of fries and I could literally count how many fries were in the carton! There was more lettuce than meat on my sandwich which was quite the disappointment as well!! I would highly not recommend this establishment unless it were under new management!

After it has reopened the food has been pretty bad... the chicken now has a weird chewy texture for anything you get and my fries are always undercooked. sadly the cheapest place for me and my friends to get lunch working in the mall :(

I ordered through door dash for pickup. Of course they didn't make the sub right at all. I went right back expecting them to make it right. I was told that I ordered it wrong and they wouldn't refund or remake the sub for me. My door dash showed the correct order information but they didn't read the special instructions. They were rude and highly unprofessional and they should of just kept it closed. They are ruining the good reputation they once had. I will never eat there again and I will encourage anyone that ask me to not eat there as well.
