CREMA DOPPIO -
Whipped, not stirred. This Italian crema starts by whipping a heavy cream base, then slowly incorporating our strong coffee into it's peaks. *Whipped to order, 2-3mins. Holds it's peaks and travels well!
ESPRESSO TONIC -
Tonic on ice topped with an espresso doppio. Try it as is, or with one of our flavors!
GINGER MATCHA -
Matcha Nude's Japanese-grade Matcha served effervescent in Ginger Beer, topped with our Signature lemonade, on ice

AMERICANO- A Term of 'endearment' from our friends in France. Having discovered Americans prefer to drink "espresso with water", as opposed to straight, like them!
CAPPUCCINO -
2oz of espresso layered with 4oz of steamed milk, topped with a 2oz "cap" of foamy milk.
COLD BREW -
Our Signature Rickshaw Medium Roast, slowly steeped for at least 24 hours, then bottled. Cut fresh daily, served black. Try it with our homemade Vanilla Cream for a sunny day treat!
CORTADO -
A short and straightforward option; 2oz of espresso topped with 2oz of steamed milk.
ESPRESSO -
Double shot of espresso. Base | Body | Head 2oz. Single-origin, dark roast; chocolate, earthy, balanced notes.
LATTE -
2oz of espresso mixed with steamed milk. Try substituting your favorite alternative milk, or adding one of our homemade flavors! Hot or Iced
MOCHA -
2oz of espresso blended into our Signature Mocha base with your choice of milk frothed to perfection!
TRADITIONAL MACCHIATO -

This drink is *caffeine-free* for when we need to taper things off. This is a next level London Fog. The base is a slow-steeped, organic Chamomile tea and your choice of milk. Next, we mix in our scratch-made Vanilla Cream (no sugar added!) and finish it off with a CBD floater to ease and soothe body and mind
THE TURTLE DOVE -

We were in town a couple of days and felt blessed to stumble upon Chaunie's Coffee! You can tell they love their coffee and their purpose. We enjoyed the iced americano, iced vanilla latte, and came back the next day for the cold brew. All were incredible. Their beans are top tier AND Chaunie gives time and proceeds to help oppressed women in India. Nothing like great coffee, convos, and conviction - thanks Chaunie, Nan, & Mimi!

This coffee, food and merch truck is such a gem. This woman-owned, woman-run establishment started in a truck, bought the lot they’re on, and is growing into their own building. Their coffee menu is genuinely creative, even in a city of creative coffee shops. The service is second-to-none: in the 25 minutes I spent here I saw regulars greeted by name and newcomers welcomed with the warmth of those who love their craft. We have been coming to Chaunie’s since we moved into the apartments across the street. This unassuming coffee truck is hands down my favorite thing in Asheville. Firstly, the coffee itself is incredible. They do a rotating menu of special drinks for every season and all of them are inventive, unique, and totally delicious.
