Service was awful, so was the food. Our server forgot to put in our main entree’s, we ended up getting food after waiting for around 45 minutes, all of the tables around us that came in after us got their food MUCH sooner than we did. The food was so disappointing once we got it, our burgers were awfully burnt, sautéed mushrooms were cold. To make matters worse, we got sick( from the food) immediately after we left. Also, when we first came in a woman cleaning the menus was SO rude to the hostess. Won’t go back.

We've gotten take out twice now. The first order was spot on, the second, not so much. But both tasted amazing. I could eat here every day.

We love going to the cheddar's in erie PA because the food is always very hot and delicious. Unfortunately, this is not the experience we had at this cheddar's located in asheville. There were three of us, and unfortunately, all of our meals were somewhat cold when they arrived even with food runners? The food runner's either need to move faster or you need to put some heat lamps in your kitchen!

Reopened after hurricane Helene. The food is still excellent. The decor repaired and replaced as needed. You would never know of the water damage if you didn't live here. Glad to see one of the better restaurants is back open and it's former self.

Bad old experience tonight. Ordered the 8oz salmon with shrimp platter. First attempt was uncooked fish. When they brought it back it was simply microwaved, which made the fish and shrimp rubbery. Our friend’s chicken pot pie got cancelled since they no longer had it. Rice and beans side was so salty it was inedible. Sad because it was stellar when they first reopened. Not sure if we will be back.
