I had already left a 5 star review for this location from when I would come and visit the Jefferson building across the way but wanted to add this review after my recent visit . Today, I went in and made a mistake while ordering on the mobile app. Joe and Nathan were very kind and helpful in helping fix my mistake. The food was quick and hot. The restaurant is always clean. And just an amazing experience overall.

Chicken is a shame! They have started making the breakfast chicken extremely thin. The lunch sandwiches seem to be thinner too. Thick chicken filets is what made your sandwiches and buiscuts so good! You went cheap?

Never have I visited a single place this many times and NEVER Have my sauce included in my bag I even ask at the window are they in the bag and I either have to go back and get them or just let it go because it’s no worth turning around. Chic Fil A as a whole is getting horrible. This used to be the place you went to get decent service.
4.95+tax for a berry parfait with 3 pieces of quarter strawberrie (old, it was probably used expired from fruit cup) 3 pieces of blueberries, cup was filled half way. My combo fries were not filled either. Take out order of course.

Absolutely terrible service......we made an online order and showed up before 1030....then told it was after breakfast and we could not get what we ordered after attendant went inside because it was after 1030. Let her know we arrived before 1030 and I wanted a manager. She said we got there at 1030 when I asked for a manager again she said I could drive around that she didn't want to talk and then walked off.
There is no hope for service if these kinda people are allowed to continue to work. I don't care what you want to do.....bottom line is you want to get paid do your job!!!!
