Ordered a grilled chicken nuggets meal got a deluxe grilled sandwich… when I got my order I was practically thrown my food with a spilling drink at me and the lady rolled her eyes at me and didn’t say a word. This is the trashiest chick fil a I’ve ever been to all they do is hire high school students who don’t know a thing about customer service. Make the drive and go to Merrimon ave or Hendersonville rd.

I have always loved Chick-fil-A, but walking into this one on Merriman Avenue I was immediately greeted with a warm reception. Ariana is a knowledgeable employee and to be commanded and the manager there I believe his name was Chris. I could be wrong with glasses, but Ariana knows who he is and it was a good experience From beginning to end.

Changing the Fries recipe is the worst thing that they've done. Next to not using good chicken anymore. The fries were the best thing about this fast food place and now they're super disappointing. Apparently it's because it makes the fries cook faster and it's just so not good anymore.

I called with a large order for later in the day. I was unsure if the best way to go about placing it. Luckily, Ellie was the one who answered the phone. She quickly helped me with the best option. She took all of my orders (with individual names) and said they’d have it ready by 11:15 as requested. We got to the restaurant and Ellie and Gabe, along with other staff were busy making sure everything was labeled, organized and packed ready to go! The wedding parties were so excited to see a truckload of Chick-fil-A meals when we pulled up!! we love our hometown Chick-fil-A, but we’re so pleased to find a Chick-fil-A that was so able and willing to help us on this special day!! Way to go Ellie-it was our pleasure!!!

World’s slowest Chick-fil-A drive thru. Sat still in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Took over 15 minutes to get my order while the store was not very busy
I had already left a 5 star review for this location from when I would come and visit the Jefferson building across the way but wanted to add this review after my recent visit . Today, I went in and made a mistake while ordering on the mobile app. Joe and Nathan were very kind and helpful in helping fix my mistake. The food was quick and hot. The restaurant is always clean. And just an amazing experience overall.
